Your Responsibilities  

As a RepRisk® Junior Business Information Analyst, your focus is the creation and maintenance of RepRisk’s datasets focused on companies and infrastructure projects which are vital inputs to the ESG Research, Products, and Sales departments through the RepRisk® ESG Risk Platform.  Part of your responsibilities would include matching client company records that were not automatically matched to the RepRisk database by our internal tools.  You will also be responsible for the accuracy and maintenance of entities in the RepRisk database by performing scheduled reviews, cleanups, and special projects. The position will also expose you to other special tasks as needed.  The work includes analysis, data management and quality control, as well as encoding and clerical tasks. 

This role will report directly to the Business Information Research Team Leads in the Manila office.  Moreover, you will: 

• Create and maintain RepRisk’s datasets focused on companies, NGOs, infrastructure projects, etc. associated with environmental, social, and corporate governance issues 

• Research, validate and encode relevant data, assuring the quality of entity level information before entering it into the RepRisk database in accordance with RepRisk standards 

• Responsible for the accurate, timely and comprehensive updates of RepRisk’s datasets including structure and relationships (subsidiaries, affiliates, etc.) and associated corporate actions resulting from M&As, spin-offs, reorganizations, and other corporate actions 

• Match client-provided entities with the entities in the RepRisk database 

• Work with the Business Information Research Leads and other Business Information Research Analysts to ensure projects are completed in timely manner   

• Extract entity information using proprietary tools for entity matching 

• Be assigned as “point person” to oversee different projects/tasks and assist other Analysts  

• Perform other ad hoc tasks as needed 

Your Responsibilities 

The Business Information Research (BIR) Lead will oversee a group of BIR analysts who are responsible for the creation and maintenance of RepRisk’s datasets, with a focus on companies and infrastructure projects, which are vital inputs to the RepRisk® ESG Risk Platform. The BIR Lead will oversee the team’s development, ensuring performance standards are met, supporting the overall goal of establishing Manila as the centre of excellence for dataset management. 

The BIR Lead will focus on the development and well-being of the team, while setting out individual roadmaps for the group’s future with the company and is expected to be a conduit for process improvements and strategic decisions. The BIR Lead is also expected to collaborate with other divisions and Department Heads located in Asia, Europe, and North America in support of strategic projects and the company’s overall goals. 

As a key player in our dynamic team

• You work closely with the Head of BIR and other BIR Leads to ensure that requests from internal and external clients located across Asia, Europe, and North America are processed in a timely and accurate manner 

• You ensure team members are taking ownership of all incoming requests/projects and supporting their successful and timely completion by coordinating, planning, and organizing the long-term and day-to-day task distribution of the team

Your Responsibilities 

As the Head of ESG Data Operations, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling the high-quality business conduct data we offer to our clients. This unique position allows you to set the course for business conduct data as well as advocate for technology with human-in-the-loop operations. The role reports into the Head of ESG Research in Zurich, Switzerland, and is part of the data management team at RepRisk. 

In this role, you will:

Your Responsibilities 

The Sales Operations Coordinator plays an important role in providing operational support to the revenue generating teams (Business development and Key Account Management) achieve its targets in the key client segments of banks, insurances, asset managers, asset owners, corporates, and redistribution channels. As the Quality Assurance Engineer at RepRisk, you will support product development with testing activities. As such, you will be able to make valuable contributions to the Technology team and enable the company to deliver high-level of quality in our products. You will work side-by-side with Technology and Product teams and engage in a wide range of activities based on needs, from manual testing to automated end-to-end testing, to test strategy and process improvements. You will be part of our Technology team and will report to the Technology Lead in Manila, Philippines. This is a hybrid role, two days a week in the office is required. Moreover, you will:

• Be responsible for manual and automated testing which includes creation, execution, and maintenance of test cases/scripts
• Ensure that the software meets the defined functional specifications
