Facility Officer
Shall possess NTC 2 with 3 years relevant experience in facility management and familiar with building M&E services including fire protection system.
Only Singaporean.
Able to write service report in english.
Able to respond to systems failure or emergency after working hours.
Able to climb ladders for minor repairs.
To respond to all systems failure or any incident within 1 hour upon receipt of call during their regular working hours and within 2 hrs after office hours/weekends (All transport claims shall be reimbursable, substantiated with the valid receipts). All findings shall be followed by a detailed report to Client's representative. Junior MA shall also assist Client in assessing the impact and propose suitable rectification work with a cost estimate as and when necessary.
To check ACMV, AV, security system, lighting, furniture, stationeries and sundries in common amenities and meeting rooms, as well as toilet sanitary and plumbing, and to report all observations to Client's representative.
To check and report the general cleanliness of allocated Client Premises and external compounds and rooftops for chokes and defects.
To identify the fault and mute alarms from building automation systems, lift monitoring systems, fire alarm systems and other building systems, and report all events to Client's representative for follow up actions.
To perform minor repair / corrective work / ad-hoc tasks as requested by Client's representative. Client's representative shall approve all repair and corrective work before proceeding.
To assist Client's representative in providing support during emergency or security incidents.
To perform a routine check on common areas, including toilets, meeting room, pantry areas, staff lounge (or any other common areas as assigned), and report all observations to Client's representatives.
To assist Client's representative in coordinating and escorting maintenance workers and other contractors to support minor A&A and maintenance works. The Junior MA is to ensure workers abide by Client safety and security requirements when working on Client Premises. The Junior MA must also immediately report any safety and security breaches to Client's representative. To escort contractors and cleaners into offices for general cleaning and attend preventive and corrective maintenance. Concurrently, to check on light fittings, ACMV, card readers' status, furniture and other defects in the offices, and report all observations to Client's representative.
To perform a routine check and maintain effective functioning of all AV equipment, troubleshooting, rectify faulty equipment or components where necessary.
To oversee operations, perform set-up and upkeep of cleanliness in the Auditorium, Seminar Rooms, Training Rooms and Meeting rooms to ensure they are always serviceable.
To check, maintain inventory and update Client's representative if spare parts and accessories to perform replacement of faulty AV parts, such as cables are running low.
To assist Client's representative on logistics support, event set-up requirements and any activities at all Client premises and outside of Client, as and when required.
To join Client's representative for the conduct of weekly security audits and spot checks for non compliance by personnel working in Client.
To assist Client's representative in stocktaking and maintaining up-to-date inventory records.
To assist Client's representative in performing regular checks on guardhouses. To assist Client's representative in responding to carpark management matters. To take charge of monitoring and recording utility consumption.
To assist Client's representative in the annual power shutdown for all Client premises.
Any other task as assigned by Client's representative.
