Job Description & Requirements

• Architectural planning, coordination with consultants and document control such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of drawing
• Coordinating, organizing, and preparing construction and architectural documents and drawing
• Supervise architectural works and coordinate with the sub-contractors and clients on architectural matters and ensure the architectural workmanship standards.
• Provide technical advice to the architectural designers with regard to building regulations
• Attend meetings with consultants and sub-contractors.
• Requirements：

• Responsible for M&E works such as ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary
• Ensure all M&E works are perform on time, within budget and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
• To be responsible for the supervision and coordination of subcontractors work at project site
• General on-site technical & engineering matters and quality checks
• Any ad-hoc tasks to be assigned

Job Description & Requirements

• At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. At least 6years working experience in HDB&EC in Singapore.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Analytical and good in project management and co-ordination skills.
• Manage the transmission of documents and drawings to the client and subcontractor to ensure the updated drawings are issued.
• Site documentation
• To ensure the construction work is accordance to drawing and work programme
• Follow and assistant project manager site manager on man power and technical support
• To liase with client's representative for any site matter. Shall report to Project Manager whenever any issue to be discuss and decide

Responsibilites:

• Perform daily office accounting, responsible to handle accounting work.
• Responsible for management activities including budgeting, taxation & etc.
• Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, banker, authorities and others.
• Coordinate and liaise closely with relevant internal & external parties to ensure the efficiency and accuracy in any report required/task given
• Prepare invoices, cheques and send out to parties.
• Daily ERP system notes audit, and any other accounting daily jobs.

Requirements:

• Must possess at least bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounancy/Banking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, have ERP system experience is better.
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of people and high initiative character.
• Motivated, responsible with positive attitude and able to work under pressure and stress.

• Provide regular reports to the Project manager/Site Manager on the progress of structural/architectural works in assigned projects；
• Coordinate and oversee all Architectural works on site；
• Coordinate & supervise architectural works carried out by sub-contractors that's in accordance to specifications, shop drawings, method statements and local codes & regulations；
• Monitor and coordinate the works of subcontractors；
• Coordinate the inspection works by Resident Engineer and Clerk of works；
• Assist in handling technical and engineering problems on site；
• Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site；
• Liaison with client’s representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the execution of work；
• Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk；
• Managing worker teams and delegating tasks to meet construction goals；
• Monitoring safety hazards；
• Enforcing safety policies that may impact project deadlines；
• Providing assistance in health and safety compliance of workers.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 20 years of working experiences in construction industry and minimum 3 private condominiums experiences as site supervisor in construction industry of Singapore.
• Able to communicate with Chinese workers/sub-con/engineers directly.
