• Uses engineering skill sets to guide, control and to ensure prompt completion of the project and handover smoothly.
• Liaison with customers, owners, suppliers and subcontractors.

• Administrative tasks

An ACMV Engineer plans and supervises ACMV works such as installation of air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation in buildings and infrastructure construction. In addition to coordinating the ACMV works with other ongoing site works, the Engineer supervises contractors and workers to complete the ACMV works on time and within the allocated budget. The Engineer is also expected to provide solutions for ACMV problems and be the key point of contact who will liaise with other building professionals on ACMV matters.

• Interpret technical designs and drawings
• Manage ACMV works to meet project specifications, budgets and timeline
• Prepare reports to clients and project manager on progress, delays, defects and rectification measures for the ACMV works
• Provide technical advice and resolve ACMV technical issues on site
• Supervise ACMVworks (e.g. installation of air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation) in the construction project
• Work closely with various departments (i.e. procurement team for purchasing of equipment and materials as well as finance team for payment-related matters)

Requirements

• Contract Length: 36 months
• Min. Education: Postgraduate Diploma/Certificate (Required)
• Min. Experience: Local experience 5 years (Required)
• Other Certification: BCA's M&E Coordination Specialist Diploma (Preferred)

• Manage client accounts and develop strong relationships to understand their business needs and objectives.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
• Prepare and manage loan applications and documentation processes, liaising with financial institutions as needed.
• Generate and process invoices, payments, and credit notes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Verify billing invoices for accuracy and prepare necessary documentation for payment processing.
• Maintain comprehensive records of financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and client interactions.
• Assist in audit activities, including gathering and organizing documentation for GST compliance
• Handle additional ad-hoc duties as assigned, such as filing and recording tasks.

• Data entry into the ERP system for account receivables and payables
• Verify and process supplier's invoices and arrange for payment upon Management's approval
• Process claims through petty cash or bank transfer for reimbursement
• Record and process bank receipts
• Prepare and record the daily sales of retail shops
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
• Maintain proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation
• Assist in month-end closing
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports
• Support Account Department for other ad-hoc tasks

1. Communicates professionally and effectively with internal and external stakeholders without disclosing sensitive and confidential information

2. Manages AR and AP credit controls, including preparing and sending reminder or demand letters and consolidate inputs for AR aging report

3. Prepares and manages loan matters i.e. HSBC, including HSBC financing reconciliation

4. Prepares invoices and payments, including credit notes

5. Checks billing invoices for accuracy and prepares documentation for payment

6. Prepares and complete DCA form

7. Maintains records of financial transactions, such as accounts receivable, accounts payable general ledger, bank balance & accruals

8. Prepares and posts journal entries

9. Prepares and tabulates Foreign Worker Levy

10. Prepares and calculates Sales Commission

11. Updates and follow up on all duties accurately and timely

12. Adjusts suspense liability, when required

13. Assists in audit duties i.e. GST

14. Assists and guides Account & Admin Assistant(s) to be independent

15. Covers for duties handed over by HOD and colleagues during their absence

16. Other ad-hoc duties such as filing and recording

Responsibilities

1. Apply and renew foreign work passes i.e. Work Permit, S Pass, EP timely
2. Apply and renew staff's certifications, including upskilling of workers via CoreTrade, Multi-Skilling, etc
3. Ensure good staff attendance rate and manage attendance recording through HR software system
4. Order stationery and PPEs for office and worksite use
5. Staff management and communication
