Job Description

• To perform data entry into the accurately input and update data in the content management system
• Provide Data Entry to support department team an ensure smooth running of administrative matters
• Compiling and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible and checking output
• Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
• Creating accurate spreadsheets
• Provides administrative support to ensure an efficient office operation
• Great knowledge in MS Office and MS Excel
• Perform other ad-hoc duties that are being assigned and when required

Requirements

• Minimum O-Level with at least 1 year of relevant data entry work experience preferably in manufacturing industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

What You Will Do

• Assemble and troubleshoot molding, dismantle and fabricate new plastics molds
• Attend Mold testing and perform molding process optimization to achieve part consistency quality.
• Perform mold repairs maintenance, troubleshoot molding problems and records.
• Inspect all mold components and work pieces
• Read and understanding of Product/ Interpret engineering drawings/ manufacturing process/ Knowledge of mesurement.
• New Tool assembly and debug to ensure FA submission on time.
• Ensure cleanliness of work area and equipment.

Job Description:

• Responsible to set-up and operates Grinding/ Surface Grinding.
• Carry out Milling & Grinding for mold-making and inserts for plastic injection.
• Able to read and intertpret engineering drawing.
• Operate surface grinding machine to grind high precision tool to meet specification.
• To meet the manufacturing schedule, according to job assigned. Self-inspect finished work-piece before routing to next manufacturing process.
• Carry out preventive maintenance on machining job.
• Carry out work piece inspection.
• Implement improvement on machining efficiency to increase productivity and reduce cost.
• Capable of achieving grinding precision up to 0.005mm.
• Perform any other job duties as assigned.
• Follow established safety rules and regulations.

Job Description

This position serves as a machine operator in our manufacturing facility. Set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce precision machine parts and instruments.

Job Responsibilities

· Preparing and operating CNC Machines to perform task such as drilling , grinding, milling etc.

· Set up, adjust and operate all of the basic machine tools and advanced variation tools in order to perform precision machining operation.

· Verify that any documents pertaining to the work order.

· Understanding specifications of the task at hand and the disired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.

· Verify the equipment has been set up in a safe and operational manner.

· Translating instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function.

· Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly. Able to check parts and records using micrometers and calipers.

· Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto machines. Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specification.

· Able to deburr parts while machine is running.

· Monitor the operation of machine to assure the machine is operating safely and is producing a quality part.

· Can adjust the machines according to dimensional non-conformity.

· Report any machine malfunction or safety condition.

· Maintain work area (housekeeping).

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous work experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role.
• Hand-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and measurement system

• BSC in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or relevant field
