Responsibility:

• Support Group Tax on Singapore GST reporting and compliance matters, including preparation/review of GST returns, handling GST query/audit by tax authority, and other GST related compliance requirements.
• Assist in group’s transfer pricing compliance matters, including review of intercompany transaction details, benchmarking analysis and preparation of transfer pricing documentation, support transfer pricing audits and Country-by-Country Reporting;
• Support on other ad-hoc assignments / projects related to Group Tax functions.

Requirement:

• Degree/Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or related tax discipline;
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Singapore GST

Responsibilities:

• Mix colors to customer's specifications
• Hook up hoses to run spraypainting booth
• Dismantle the parts for spraypainting and drying
• Prepare parts for spraypainting and drying

Job Description:

• Establish effective and efficient processes to ensure timely and comprehensive management of all tax matters
• Advise and develop tax efficient structures for acquisitions, divestment, financing and cross-border transactions
• Oversee implementation and management of tax related projects
• Identify and manage tax risks / opportunities
• Partner closely with business leaders to identify tax planning opportunities and provide tax guidance on business initiatives.
• Support tax audits and managing tax disputes

Requirements:

• Degree major in Finance / Accountancy
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the Big 4 accounting firm and commercial MNC
• Proven experience in international tax and transfer pricing.
• Meticulous, independent, a creative thinker and possess strong analytical skills
