We are looking for an experienced and high caliber candidate for an immediate opening as Group Finance Manager, FP&A.

· Analyse and forecast monthly working capital, cash flow and banking needs

· Perform review and analysis of monthly financial and management reports

· Drive real time financial reporting and analysis through AI/Automation

· Preparation of annual budget and forecast

· Provide ad hoc information/ financial planning and analysis to senior management

· Provide financial advice and support to the operations, where required

· Support in monthly financial consolidation and reporting

Candidates with the following prior experience are preferred:

Responsible for daily implementation and enforcement of the quality assurance program and functions for defined work or projects including supervising and ensuring proper documentation as well as enforcing company, customer, quality standard, industries standard, legal regulation, specification, directives, policies and guidelines meeting company quality objectives.

Responsible for ensuring all works are performed in accordance with specified procedures and standards, maintaining a high level of operational excellence. This role involves planning and overseeing the work of the maintenance team and the upkeep of buildings, grounds, and machinery to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the facility. Additionally, the Facility Engineer will perform maintenance tasks as required, continuously seeking to optimize processes and implement best practices. The incumbent is also tasked with strategic planning, process improvements, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Oversee all aspects of property maintenance, ensuring the facility and its grounds are well-maintained and presentable.
• Implement maintenance strategies to enhance the longevity and reliability of facility infrastructure.
• Lead the execution of the preventive maintenance program, coordinating activities to minimize downtime and maximize equipment performance.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and proactively address potential issues.
• Perform routine and advanced maintenance on production machinery, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing disruptions.
• Lead the installation, commissioning, and calibration of new production machinery, ensuring seamless integration into existing processes and vice versa
• Liaise with contractors for maintenance, service, and repair activities, ensuring quality workmanship and schedule adherence.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to secure the best value for the facility.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date maintenance records, leveraging data for continuous improvement
• Be involved in and carry out planning, execution and updates for all daily work
• Attend to request / complaints from users and carries out minor repairs.
• Liaise and attend to outside contractors during major repairs/installation works and provides assistance as required.
• Comply with all applicable quality, health, safety, security, and environmental regulations, conducting regular audits and inspections.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
  (Candidates with ITE qualification and relevant years of experience will be considered)
• Prior experience in manufacturing environment preferred
• Possess good practical knowledge of electrical and mechanical work
• Possess strong understanding of facility electrical infrastructure system
• Good written and oral communications skills, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize work efficiently and good team orientation

Responsible to generate detailed, scaled casing connector drawings, prepare engineering work instruction and procedural specifications, provide technical support to sales function, supervise junior product engineers for day to day work order preparation and perform other assigned duties as and when required. Work scope covers all locations across the region.

This role reports to the Financial Controller with the following responsibilities:

• Work closely with all stakeholders in respect of cost accounting and financial function
• Understand and define appropriate cost drivers to enable accurate planning and absorption of production overhead costs
• Responsible for the general ledger function and work closely with all stakeholders to review and ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information
• Oversee the booking and recognition of revenue and sales invoicing function and work with all stakeholders to ensure timely accounts receivables collection
• Support month end financial analyses and ensure timely submission of internal and government statistics
• Support the review and implementation of internal control procedures at operational sites
• Prepare annual budget, forecast, CAPEX proposal and financing
• Assist management in setting and tracking KPI measures and performance
• Supervise Finance staff and manage their performance

Key Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualifications
• Minimum 4 years experience (preferably with audit experience from Big 4)
• Preferably someone with experience in the manufacturing industry

Responsible to work closely with the operational welding team, develop welding procedure specification, procedure qualification record, welder qualification test, provide technical support to sales for tenders and production to improve the productivity and quality. Work scope covers all OMS locations.

• Handle and review specifications for tenders and quotations
• Liaise and resolve technical enquiries and issues pertaining to the project with clients
• Calculate the consumption of filler material and provide overall cost estimation for welding based on project specifications
• Develop and improve welding procedure specification with accordance of code and specification (WPS)
• Conduct welding procedure qualification test (WPQT)
• Conduct welder qualification test (WQT) with accordance of industrial code and specification
• Ensure that welders' performance is within the acceptable level / permissible repair rate and provide training to welders to improve their welding and cutting skills
• Create and improve weld design to prevent fatigue failure
• Design and develop welding preparations such as fillet welds and butt welds to improve welding quality and welding operation efficiency
• Prepare and review work instructions for welding operation. Provide guidance during welding operation, especially in cases of facing any difficulities and challenges
• Ensure the inspection and testing activities are conducted accordingly to WPS
• Review the Non-Destructive Testing specification and ensure the inspection is duly conducted
• Be involved and ensure that the welding machines are calibrated to the specifications
• Conduct root cause analysis for weld failures
• Review and provide corrective and preventive action for weld failures
• Ensure the parent material weld ability, identification, handling, storage and traceability are properly managed
• Ensure the filler material identification, handling, storage and traceablity are properly managed
• Comply with all applicable quality, health, safety and environmental regulations

Responsible to perform general engineering tasks of design and drawing creation, engineering specifications and standards creation, produce material purchase specifications, application of Licensor technical requirements, general calculations required in engineering tasks, administration of engineering documents, support testing and promote efficiency and ease of operations throughout the group.

This position reports to the Group Engineering Manager and is part of the OMS Engineering Team. OMS Engineering department supports all the product lines of OMS and is responsible to design and define the specifications for the products.
