- Assist in recruitment services in line with manpower strategies and corporate goal. Working closely with hiring managers.
- Handling employees on-board and off-board procedure i.e. personal supporting documents, company email, access card, etc.
- Assist in implementing. Planning and administrating human resources matters in an efficient and timely manner. This includes organizations benefit programs, employees related-record leave administration, rule & procedure.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessment.
- Assist in conducting background checks and reference checks.
- Manages correspondence by answering call, transfer, emails and sorting mail.
- Preparation and assist of staff claims.
