As a Senior Systems Engineer (Network), you will be working as a consultant responsible in providing network project implementation, post-sales consultancy and network maintenance support, particularly in the area of network architectures (LAN, Data Centre and WAN). You will also be involved in hands-on operations in network maintenance.

What will you do?

• Progressively, you will own technical design in implementation of technical solutions. Ensuring quality technical solutions and drive towards the highest levels of customer satisfaction and improvement in professional standards.
• Manage/implement network infrastructure projects covering in area of Telecom Networks (LAN & WAN) and security system.
• Manage/implement, by project basis, working with project team members in implementing and delivering projects till commissioning.
• Assist Project Manager in various aspects of project implementation, including network design, site preparation, risks identification and mitigation
• Responsible for delivery of assigned tasks within the delivery cycle of a project.
• Tasks include performing network/systems configurations, troubleshooting errors/problems, monitoring and/or testing systems performance, and contribute to the design of technical solutions for customer environments adherence to scope of work.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Diploma/ Degree in IT-related discipline
• 3 – 5 years of hands-on experience
• Experienced in implementing and administrating network devices such as Switches, Routers, Firewalls.
• Experienced in implementing and administrating advanced network routing protocols such as BGP, MP-BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, network Security.
• Experienced and knowledgeable in implementing MPLS L3VPN, L2VPN, EVPN, Segment routing etc.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for setup and configuration of Demo Lab and production platform for automation. You will also lead the development and migration of automation scripts, support Presales solution for automation proposal and also lead the design and implementation of DevOps and automation solutions for the project.

What will you do?

• Understand the automation specifics and concept in day-to-day service delivery and operations in IT Managed Services
• Build and maintain an automation playbook using some of these automation technologies such as ansible, python, PowerShell, Chef (ruby) and Terraform (HCL), groovy, JavaScript, and other scripting languages
• Operationalize automation development to improve productivity
• Code or script for automated testing as well as carry out automated testing procedures in testing and production environments
• Code control and versioning of Infra-as-code (IaC)
• Manage the setup of the DevOps platform and deployment of the automation use cases
• Manage and operate the Platforms [Ansible, Terraform and Gitlab] and maintain operational SLA
• Lead DevOps engineer to develop automation use cases using any of these platforms (Ansible, Chef and terraform)
• Good to know integration with tools such as ITSM and so on
• Provide presales solution support for the development of automation solution

The ideal candidate should possess:

• 6+ years of experience in IaC code development for the automation in relating to service delivery / operation
• Very good hand-on experience in Ansible, Terraform and Chef Platform setup, configuration and management
• Experience in code versioning, CI/CD and automated testing
• Experience in DevOps platform setup and configuration
• Experience in CI/CD Pipeline development and deployment
• Must to have experience in implmentating IaC code E2E in managed services project
• Hands on experience in cloud DevOps is advantageous
• Strong background in Linux/Unix/Windows Administration
• Experience in automation/configuration/compliance/management using either Puppet, Chef or Ansible
• Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and scripting languages
• Strong experience in PostgreSQL, MS SQL and MySQL
• In specific, sound and hands-on experience some of the scripting languages (Python, ansible, JavaScript, Perl and/or groovy)
• Experience with source code control and versioning
• Some knowledge in developing playbook using RPA tool
• Degree / Diploma in Computer Science / IT-related; and hands-on expereince to develop IaC code using one or more of the scripting languages (e.g. Ansible, Python, Chef (ruby), Terraform (HCL), Groovy, Powershell, bash)

As a Technical Manager for Rail Communications Systems. As the Technical Manager, you will be pivotal in driving the technical team towards the successful delivery of integrated communication solutions, including Public Address (PA), Access Management Control Systems (AMS), Video Surveillance Systems (VSS), Radio, network infrastructure, and power systems. What will you do?
