Set the Project Management Office function’s goals and targets to provide clear direction and purpose.

Allocate and manage resources, including project teams, budgets, and third-party vendors, to support delivery of Cloud & AI projects, as well as monitor resource utilization and optimize allocation as needed.

Provide guidance, enablement and facilitation, as well as resolve key issues, manage and monitor.

Lead the communication with project stakeholders (ex. executives, project teams and external partners), including providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and milestones.

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the performance and impact of all Cloud & AI projects delivery, as well as monitor and report on project performance, cost efficiency, and resource utilization.

Lead and manage delivery of Cloud & AI projects (if needed) according to project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Identify potential risks and challenges (ex. from security, data privacy and regulatory aspect) associated with Cloud & AI projects and develop risk mitigation plans.

Guide, enable, facilitate, resolve key issues, manage and monitor the delivery of high-quality Cloud & AI solutions (while ensuring timeliness and cost control) to maintain customer satisfaction and financial efficiency.

Lead, guide, mentor, oversee and provide any relevant capability enhancement measure to employees under Project Management Office function, to ensure the effective and accommodative work setting to achieve individual and team goals.

Collaborate closely with other functions to ensure alignment of Project Management Office with overall strategic objectives.

Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.

Certification (optional): Project Management Professional (PMP)®, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Azure Fundamentals.
10 – 12 years of related work experiences.
Good communication in English.
