Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Develop Team: Drive operational excellence, coach and train Buyer's Agents, and actively participate in recruitment to scale the team and meet ambitious goals.
• Achieve Performance Targets: Ensure the team consistently meets weekly and monthly targets, driving Aussie Homes Buying's operational and commercial objectives.
• Enhance Customer Experience: Implement strategies to maximise customer satisfaction and successful property exchanges, leveraging industry-leading data, technology, and processes.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with leadership to refine processes, boost productivity, and elevate team performance. Provide state- and suburb-specific insights to enhance the team's market expertise.
• Foster Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with internal and external partners, including Broker Operations, Sales, Property Analysts, and other relevant stakeholders to optimise resources and productivity.
• Optimise Platform Utilisation: Encourage and monitor the team's use of the Lendi Platform to enhance customer experience and achieve optimal results.

• Assist the development & execution of integrated marketing campaigns to deliver against the Marketing & Business objectives 
• Ideate new acquisition opportunities to test & scale with the assistance of the wider internal teams 
• Manage digital activity within the respective platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn Ads Manger, Digital Partnerships and others 
• Assist in management of digital partnerships (paid links, eDM’s, content) 
• Utilise internal analytics (Google Analytics / Salesforce) tools to identify key areas of opportunity across the acquisition portfolio 
• Drive digital integration across all marketing activities including reporting & optimisation 
• Provide ongoing support of national advertising media plans across offline & online media 
• Work closely with state based Marketing Managers to support regional marketing programs delivering state & regional acquisition targets   
• Budget management, including budgeting, requisitioning & invoicing  
• Ensure brand consistency, integrity & a consistent approach across all marketing communications 
• Ensure all marketing meets legal, statutory, internal audit & compliance standards 
• Develop & maintain strong working relationships with key internal interfaces, marketing suppliers, agencies, media partners  
• Assist in reporting Performance outcomes to the Strategic Acquisitions Lead for circulation to the wider company. 

You will play a key part in providing exceptional customer service through a combination of inbound and outbound calls and email interactions. Your main responsibilities include:

• Providing customers with updates and ensuring they feel confident and comfortable with Aussie throughout their journey.
• Handling complex inquiries and objections, guiding customers and brokers through the various requests managed by our team via calls and emails.
• Processing administrative, financial, and service requests while adhering to our service delivery standards.
• Ensuring compliance with the Quality Assurance framework and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and the Aussie Funder System.
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including solicitors, financial management services, Bluestone, and product partners.
• Continuously contributing ideas for improving our broker and customer service processes and enhancing the team's overall performance.
