• Memantau inventaris rak dan menampilkan produk baru bila diperlukan
• Mengoperasikan mesin kasir dan menutup pendapatan harian (hanya jika diperlukan)

Position Purpose:         

 This role as Brand Manager of a leading luxury skincare brand will be accountable to develop, plan and execute marketing, public relations, sales and promotional strategies within the brand’s guidelines to support and achieve the sales plan. Working together with the General Manager and Regional Brand General Manager, this role will oversee, orchestrate and execute the brand’s CRM, digital marketing, PR, social media, and retail execution, creating a consistent and engaging brand experience that is consumer focused.

  You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You must enjoy spending time in the market to understand their problems and find innovative solutions for the broader market.

  You will be fully responsible for driving all marketing planning and all communications, activations of the brand within Thailand. To succeed in this role, the candidate is a strong marketing professional with a clear understanding of consumer marketing in the channel, and the communications and media landscape across Thailand, with a high sensitivity to beauty. The ideal candidate possesses retail and commercial experience and has experience managing a full brand P&L. A strong knowledge of CRM strategy and analytics will be an added advantage.

  The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial & independent, possesses the ability to think strategically and analytically, and is personable. The role reports to the General Manager.

Principal Accountabilities/ Scope:

1.     Channel & Retail Marketing

• Be the key marketing liaison - Develop and implement a go-to-market channel marketing plan including promotion, animation partnerships and consumer activations.
• Ensures timely and perfect execution of all marketing activations offline and online at all times.
• Analyse potential partner relationships for product range, positioning strategy, pricing and promotions.
• Communicate effectively with all channel partners to align, plan and execute all product and trade marketing objectives, plans and activations before, during and post animation.
• Deepen channel customer development through CRM program activations.

2.     Product Management

• Consolidate and update marketing team of post campaign reports and provide sales results and analysis. Report all ROI of all campaigns for management reporting and feedback.
• Responsible for all forecasting and sampling management for product launches and trade and retailer activities.
• Management and tracking flow of product registration in Thailand
• Conduct market trend analysis, monitor competitors’ moves and plan proactive actions.
• Responsible for the seamless execution of all product launches and trade marketing activities following the Marketing Calendar in collaboration with the marketing, sales and training team, with the aim to build brand awareness, recruit new customers, retain existing customers and increase purchase consumption.
• Business and channel sales performance tracking and analysis, launch follow-up and action plan development.
• Implement Door-by-Door Marketing plan (CRM, events and promotions)
• Budget Management: Responsible for full P&L

3.     Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM)

• Defines the Brand’s local CRM campaign priorities
• Builds CRM campaign calendar
• Ensures that customer segmentation remain up to date and relevant for each campaign
• Develops relevant and engaging brand communications behind the right product mix
• Master, improve and maximize the usage of customers information (purchase history) in developing relevant marketing programs. Defines & executes CRM analytics.
• Strategize, develop and execute CRM programs for the brand.
• Evaluates CRM campaigns against target KPIs and shares learnings.
• Work with the right partners to recruit new clients or prospective clients. Develop a yearlong strategy and calendar for recruitment.

• More than 4 – 6 years of brand management and/or marketing experience in beauty and/or FMCG industry.
• Experience in luxury beauty will be advantageous.
• A Degree holder in Business Management, Finance or relevant specialisation.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Being the head of the Product Marketing department, she / he is responsible for the development of the individuals in her / his team. Working closely with other departments such as Sales, Training, Customer Development and Business Controller, she / he should demonstrate not only the functional capabilities, but also leadership and passion of the Brand.

YOUR MISSION: 

PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

1. Forecasting

• Ensure accuracy of product forecast and timely submissions. (Measures: launch tracking)

2. Product Registration

• Ensure close liaison with Central Registration support team so that products can be launch in line with ASPAC launch date. (Measures: On shelf date)

3. Product Assortment

• Close monitoring of competitor’s product assortment and thereby identify our key priorities in Indonesia to gain market share. (Measures: monthly tracking)

4. Product Listing

• Work closely with sales team to ensure products are listed into key retailer’s assortment in a timely manner (measures: Retailer’s On shelf date)

5. Product Merchandising

• Work closely with merchandising team to ensure planograms are fully optimized and carrying the right assortment for each door (measures: presence rate)

6. Management on non-sellable items

• Sampling management: ensure the right mix of samples to help achieve business objective. Work closely with sales team to ensure the right guideline for sampling is disseminated and followed closely by BCs
• GWP/Gifts management: utilizing GWP to drive higher basket purchase and create buzz to drive traffic to store.

7. Pricing

• Review and analyze central’s recommendation of prices for new products. Ensure the pricing is competitive and in line with regional parity & local competitiveness. Review annual price increase with central team to ensure our prices stay competitive in the market.

CRM

1. Planning & Execution of CRM initiatives including Rollout of new communication platforms in Indonesia, Client EDM management and client events & reward programs. 

2. Identify opportunities and weakness; and take pro-active action on the following:

• Increase recruitment rate
• Retention for customers by developing trial and loyalty
• Improve cross-selling
• Improve on repurchase rate

3. Data analysis (through PowerBI reports and Datamart/WinCRM) and drilling to

• Identify potential target market for key launches and events

E-RETAIL / E-COMMERCE

1. Monitoring daily E-Commerce operation

2. Monthly reporting to Central HQ for E-Commerce business

3. Monthly Planning for E-Commerce: including animation, GWP & Samples usage

BRAND COMMUNICATION

1. Assist with timely PO issuing and invoice management for media agencies

2. Work with regional media team to execute media campaigns locally

3. Drive PR & KOL initiatives in Indonesia to achieve #1 PR dominance in market

Primary Objective:

• Be responsible for P&L and budgets for own brands.

• Manage the marketing division and ensure that Marketing Executives is effectively trained in order to maximize their marketing skills and know-how (after 6 months or earlier).

Numerical Objective:

Marketing:

• Develop brand specific marketing calendar.

• Conceptualize, plan, and ensure timely implementation of launches, promotions and brand

• specific animations, consumer events.

• Develop and provide marketing collaterals (i.e., POS displays etc).

• Devise customer recruitment plans for each brand – eg. Workshops, promotional activities, etc.

• Devise customer retention programs and CRM brand-specific activities to drive brand sales.

• Accountability and tracking for the brands’ Advertising & Promotional Expenditure.

Inventory:

• Accountability for individual brands’ inventory levels in order to maintain healthy inventory turnover ratio on each brand.

Position Purpose:

The Assistant Finance Manager or Finance Manager will lead and manage accounting operations, finance operations, month end closing activities, year-end closing activities and manage a credit control executive.  This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for accounting and finance operations, managing both Balance sheet and P&L for assigned portfolio.
• At month end and year end, ensures proper cut-off and accurate recognition of expenses and revenue.
• Review financial performance by brand/segment by performing profit and loss variance analysis against budget and prior year and provide quality insights.
• Contributes to annual budgeting process, including but not limited to overhead costs and capex.

Reporting to Senior Brand Manager / Business Manager, this role will be accountable to develop, plan and execute marketing, public relations, sales and promotional strategies within the brand’s guidelines to support and achieve the sales plan. Plan function

• Responsible for data analysis, sales tracking, sales targets, and retail team's KPIs

Experience:

• Expertise in Excel
• Have related internship experience in retail industry is a plus.
• Student in university in the last semester

Skills:

• Independent, high in initiative and good problem-solving skill
• Demonstrate analytical skills and thoroughness in administerial matters
• Project management, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Has a “hands-on” approach to creating value and managing projects.
• Excellent skills in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint) and skilled in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau).

Key Success Factors

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Have a strong sense of luxury and passion for the beauty retail industry
• Able to commit at least 3 months for the internship.

The LUXASIA Internship Program is designed for those who are currently pursuing a Degree or Master's degree to gain experience and exposure working in a Beauty Luxury Lifestyle company that continuously creates remarkable digital consumer experiences and lifestyle solutions for our Consumers. Our Internship Program is a high business-impact program that will give you the opportunity to devise strategic solutions that drive upcoming technology and work processes. This can be accomplished through implementing digitization, diving into customer analytics, designing a digital marketing strategy, or solving financial management issues.

Position purpose:

Reporting to Retail Operation Manager, this role is responsible for assisting sales team including conducting research, focusing on administrative tasks and on-field supports who should be flexible and ready to take on new challenges as they arise.

Key responsibilities:

• Working with Retail Operation Manager and sales manager to complete assigned tasks
• Attending meetings and events to observe and learn
• Updating sales reports and documents accurately
• Communicating with vendors and clients at the manager’s request
• Conducting research and collating survey data
• Support on-field or event operational duty
• Assist in data analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.

• Are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree.
• Can commit to at least 12 weeks of full-time work.
• Have a proven track record.
• Love beauty, technology & digital experience.
• Are passionate, positive & collaborative.
• Love working and contributing in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to showcase your experience on social media with current & future interns.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude toward tasks and challenges.
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts.
• Competency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.
• Adaptability and a willingness to multi-task and take on new responsibilities.
