BRIEF DESCRIPTION

This position works with the reporting head in the department to execute service agreements at, or above the customers' standards. He or she is accountable to handle principal & agency related shipments; documentation preparation and to also work closely with the Sales Team to deliver excellent service to our customers.

JOB SCOPE

• Timely completion of documentation flow to facilitate the import/export/cross trade shipments.
• Issue shipment related documents (i.e Bill of Lading, invoices, pre-alert, etc).
• Coordinate closely with internal offices / agencies & clients to deliver a seamless supply chain flow.
