SUMMARY
Maintain JLG products and handling parts for getting customers satisfaction. Develop new service network for JLG. Train personnel of customer for all JLG products to include the Aerial Work Platforms (Boomlifts and Scissors) into Japan market and raise JLG brand awareness.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Maintain and inspect JLG products prior and after deliver to customers.
2. New service channel development in nationwide.
3. Train service personnel of customers and service providers.
4. Distributing parts and inventory management.
5. Analyze and report failure of products.
6. Recommend changes, additions, improvements or deletions for assigned products in line with JLG's product life cycle management.
7. Work closely with JLG Asia Pacific team and global support team to develop Ground Support for Asia.
8. Portfolio Management with key customers for total customer satisfaction. Maintain effective working relationships with all account principals to assure commitment and aggressive pursuit of service for JLG products.
9. Recommend any changes and additions in distribution.
10. Continually provide and document competitive activity and information.
11. Achieve parts sales targets for assigned accounts.
12. Maintain ongoing communication with Sales, Ground Support, Financial Services, and Customer Support Group.
13. Work with and assist the JLG Sales team as necessary in support of products distribution, service and warranty requirements.
14. Work with sales and service personnel in further developing existing and new user accounts.
15. Develop information for JLG Management needed for any required report.
16. Prepare other reports as required on a timely basis and document minutes of all important meeting with distributors assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED/BASIC:
- 5+ years of previous service experience preferably in Aerial Platform or Mobile crane
- Business English speaker and writing
- Technical knowledge for both Hydraulic and electric
PREFERRED:
- Preferably having experience/ knowledge of Rental companies
- Certification of Aerial Platform trainer
- Ability to think independently and anticipate the needs of the customer
- Business and financial acumen
- Superb inter-personal and business communication skills
- Positive, energetic attitude
- Superior customer service skills
Ideally the person has a way of out-of-box thinking, great communication skills and will be able to drive the results through the changing environment.
