Job Description

• Provide both HR-specific and General administrative to HR Department and Senior Manager

• Handle the onboarding and offboarding process for employees

• Maintain and manage proper document filing (eg. photocopying, scanning, filing and printing)

• Maintain proper documentation of employee records.

• Application, renewal and cancellation of permit.

• Payroll Calculation & Process of Employees’ Medical Claim

• Maintain and Update Company Insurance Record

• Maintain and Ensure work place safety protocols are adhered to

• Manage daily General Administration works including maintain office facilities, in-house dormitory matters, supplies and equipment

• Handle work injury claims.

• Organize and coordinate company cultural activities and meetings.

• Any other ad-hoc admin duties which may be assigned.

Job Description

- Assist project department in handling all projects, documents, correspondences, and emails.

- Assist project department with coordinating work.

- Prepare and maintain of contract/project documentation (work order, delivery order, invoice)

- Provide administrative support to project departments.

- Provide necessary administrative support to all departments.

- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

- GCE O-Level and above

- Basic computer knowledge

• Prepare quotations and cost estimates for servicing/maintenance job.
• Knowledge in M&E and able to understand drawings.
• Knowledge in counting material finishes related to interior design/servicing/maintenance.
• Assist in preparation of quotation requests to suppliers to obtain pricing.
• Liase with main contractors, sub contractors, suppliers and any other parties involved in the project scope.
• Attend to clients' servicing and maintenance requests.
• Able to perform under tight schedules and deadlines with minimum supervision.
• Prepare and maintain of contract/project documentation (work order, delivery order, invoice)

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, autocad software
• Required language(s): English

· Carry out the overall renovation project planning, cost control and project management.· Strong interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills as you will be working closely with clients and suppliers to ensure effective delivery within the expected time frame, costing, and quality objectives.

· Review contractual terms, and attend meetings/ site walks to have a clear understanding of project requirements.

· Monitor works for the contract, and ensure that it is done in compliance with contract specifications, including verification of completed works.

· Manage the project team, and provide effective supervision to ensure that works is carried out in a manner that meets quality standards, along with WSH objectives.

· Be the key personnel to resolve site problems, and conduct meetings with project team to identify issues encountered during construction period. Provide leadership to team members to ensure effective resolution.

· Management of post construction issues with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and relevant authorities and ensure timely rectification.

· Review and endorse subcontract documents and progress/work claims submitted by clients and sub-contractors.

· Handling Project tendering stages.

· Any other duties as assigned

Job Description

- Attend project meetings, conduct site surveys, and follow up on project progress.

- Communicate effectively with designers and clients for design details.

- Ensure accuracy of design files before fabrication.

- Handle procurement for raw materials.

- Work closely with Production and Installation team for timely delivery.

- Demonstrate creative thinking for problem-solving.

- Must know how to use Adobe Illustrator for vector files, operate 3-Axis CNC router, laser cutter, and CNC bending machine.

- Update CNC job progress in the job tracker.

- Required to work on weekends/public holidays/night works subjected to the requirement of the projects.

- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
