Team Leader Packer (Jurong West)

Responsibilities:

· To provide sales administrative support to the Sales Team.

· Assist in the preparation of delivery order, purchasing order and invoicing

· Handle phone and email enquiries, ensuring timely responses

· Maintain good filing, photocopying, scanning documents & proper records of documents and correspondences.

· Prepare schedule plan and arrange delivery

· Provide administrative support and undertake additional tasks as needed

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar management role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of successfully managing and motivating teams.
• In-depth understanding of production processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
