• Maintain classroom discipline and help maintain school discipline in accordance.
• with school policy standards and procedures
• Arrive promptly at lessons and dismiss students at the correct times.
• Keep checks on students’ attendance at lessons (during Home-Based Learning Sessions) and follow up absences as appropriate.
• Work closely with the Form Teacher on matters concerning and relating to individual students’ subject performance.
• Plan and prepare lesson materials and follow the Subject Team’s SOW/ syllabus.
• Prepare, administer, and grade tests and assignments to evaluate students' progress.
• Keep appropriate, accurate and complete individual student records as required.
• Work with the Subject Head in the development, evaluation and revision of subject syllabus and team initiatives
• Collaborate with other teachers in the development, evaluation, and revision of subject syllabus and team initiatives.
• Prepare and submit reports on students as and when required.
• Provide constructive oral and written feedback and setting targets for students’ progress during Parent-Teacher-Child Conferences, Case Conferences at school, or as and when feedback is needed or required.

• Manage the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating communication and maintaining a professional image.

Meeting Preparation:

• Prepare agendas, documentation, and presentations for meetings involving ASEAN-related matters.
• Attend meetings as required, record minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.

Data Analysis:

• Analyze data related to ASEAN operations and policies, providing insights and recommendations to the CEO.
• Create reports and presentations to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Document Management:

• Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and databases related to ASEAN affairs.
• Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for discussions, presentations, and events pertaining to the ASEAN region.

Communication:

• Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and communications related to ASEAN matters.
• Respond to inquiries, coordinate responses, and manage information flow to and from the CEO's office.

Relationship Building:

• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, government officials, and partners in the ASEAN region.
• Represent the CEO in certain capacities when required.

Classroom Support:

• Assist teachers in the planning and implementation of instructional activities, ensuring a conducive learning environment.

Materials Preparation:

• Prepare and organize teaching materials, resources, and equipment required for daily lessons and activities.
