About the Role

Supporting Global Finance Team and reporting indirectly to Global Head of Finance, this role will be responsible for supporting our business expansion and finance operation, in collaboration with GUAVA team members around the world.

Key Responsibilities

· Support preparation and execution of finance and accounting processes

· Support international projects and initiatives analysis, engagement, and results of the region, business unit and function level on a scheduled basis

· Identifies areas for improvement in data tracking, metrics, and intelligence gathering to ensure that data is accurate, automated and timely available

· Perform investigation into anomalies and trends, derive insights and present outputs and recommendations

· Utilize multiple data sets and sources to develop metrics, reports and financial dashboards

· Ability to think creatively and provide solutions for process efficiency improvement

About the Role

We are seeking a self-starter, proactive and dynamic Sales Representative with prior corporate sales experience to join our team in promoting and selling our range of Sustainable Guest Amenities to hotels, resorts, and other hospitality establishments around the region.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships and helping clients achieve their goals with our solutions.

The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plan to identify and target potential clients in the travel and hospitality industry
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends, and tailor sales approach accordingly
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events and trade shows
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
• Present product demonstrations and samples to potential clients, highlighting the features, benefits, and value proposition of our solutions

Key responsibilities:

- Payment and billing processing

- Manageing staff expense claims

- Maintain good documentation and filing system

- Ensure compliance with Company policies, processes and procedures

- Any ad-hoc finance processing duties as assigned

- Reports and work under the guidance of the Head of Finance

The candidate should have the following:

- Experience in use of SAP B1 or similar ERP system

- Recognized accounting qualification such as diploma in Accountancy, ACCA or working experience in similar roles

- Service mentality; service mindset to other functional departments

- Mature, Meticulous individual with attention to details

- Experience in dealing with standard Microsoft Office Applications

- Experience in wholesale trade / FMCG / import and export trade

- Conversant and good written in both English and one other Asian Language

As part of the Logistics and Supply Chain Team, this role will be responsible for working closely to support the needs of corporate clients in your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing of orders into ERP system
• Identify any surge or irregularity in client’s order and alert relevant teams to proactively plan supplies
• Assist clients in arranging deliveries for their orders, consolidating feedback on orders/deliveries for follow up action
• Collaborate with Sales to understand trends, new opportunities and competitive landscape

As our Finance Intern, you will work closely with our team and assist in a variety of projects whereby you will take ownership of the planning and/or implementation, enabling you to experience working with professionals from across departments and geographies.
