Roles & Responsibilities

Assistant / Deputy Manager will support the Project Manager to provides functional, technical or process leadership and manages all the documentation aspects of the projects: email correspondence, submissions, document control, etc. Assistant / Deputy Project Manager also will lead and assist the Project Team in preparations, reviews, and administers construction procedures and standards meeting the project’s specifications.

Duties

· Assist the project manager in all documentation process: documentation preparation, submissions, corresponding between project stakeholders, etc.

· Assist to manage the contractual aspects of the project, meeting client’s project specification: requirements, procedures, standards, etc.

· Assist to lead the project team, completing the project amicably: clients, consultants, fellow colleagues, subcontractor, etc.

· Provide guidance on project management matters to other project staffs through training of other employees in project managing practices and procedures.

· Support to ensuring that the Company have a constant beneficial outlook, maximizing the Company’s reputable.

· Perform other duties assigned by Project Manager and the Management.

Requirements

· Minimum qualification holder of Diploma in all trades relating to Built Environment Industry.

· Preferably with experience in public project, especially projects under Housing Development Board (HDB).

· Knowledge in the preparation of the necessary documentations as required under project’s requirements such as but not limited to Monthly Progress Report, Budget Report, Presentation Slide, Master construction Programme (using MS Project), Method Statements of works, etc.

· Successful candidate may be registered as the Company’s Technical Controller (TC) / Approved Person (AP) under the company.

The MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) Engineer assists the MEP Manager and Project Manager in supervision of all MEP works at Project Site. Ensuring that works carried out by construction coordinators and subcontractors are in accordance with specifications, drawings and stipulated work programme. At the same time making sure that quality requirement, standards and MEP construction materials are efficiently utilized. The MEP Engineer plays a key role in coordinating with client’s representative, consultants, subcontractor, other trade coordinators, and BIM (Building Information Modelling) team, and managing a team of construction coordinators to ensure project is completed profitably.

The Project Admin provides administration support to project team and handles project public relation issues. The Project Admin serves as primary contact point of information flow between Head Office and Project site.

Project Admin duties include maintaining relationship and communicating project activities to project site neighbourhood, and attending and resolving complaints from external parties. He/She acts as project document controller and perform administrative duties include filing, sorting, printing, circulation, storage of some project documents (correspondences), and handling of all incoming telephone calls

The Structural Engineer assists the Project Manager in the supervision of all structural works in Project Site. Ensuring that works are carried out by construction coordinators and subcontractors are in accordance with specifications, drawings and stipulated work programme. At the same time making sure that quality requirement, standards and structural construction materials are efficiently utilized. The Structural Engineer plays a key role in coordinating with client’s representative, subcontractor and other trade coordinators and BIM (Building Information Modelling) team, and managing a team of construction coordinators to ensure project is completed profitably.

The MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) Engineer assists the MEP Manager and Project Manager in supervision of all MEP works at Project Site. Ensuring that works carried out by construction coordinators and subcontractors are in accordance with specifications, drawings and stipulated work programme. The primary responsibility of a BIM Modeler is to carry out clash detection and restrictions, identification of discrepancies and design flaw through BIM modelling, visualization of value engineering works and aesthetic requirements, and supporting tender team and construction project with draft technical drawing and sketches.

The Architectural Coordinator assists the Architect & the Project Manager in supervision of all architectural works at Project Site to ensure that works performed by construction coordinators and subcontractors are in accordance with specifications, drawings and stipulated work programme as well as quality requirement, standards and architectural construction materials are efficiently utilized. The Architectural Coordinator plays a key role in coordinating with the client’s representative, consultant, subcontractor, other trade coordinators, and the BIM (Building Information Modelling) team, and managing a team of construction coordinators to ensure the project is completed profitably.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Architecture (Preferably recognized by BOA)

The Snr Quantity Surveyor, oversee the works of a group of Quantity Surveyors, playing a critical role of managing all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures, seeking to minimize the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality. Many of these are specified by statutory building regulations, which the surveyor needs to understand and adhere to. Snr Quantity Surveyors keep track, throughout project progression, of variations to the contract that may affect costs and create reports to show profitability estimates and manages the cost relating to building project.

Job Summary

Land Surveyor/Construction Coordinator’s primary work is performing precise measurements to determine property boundaries and provide data relevant to the shape, contour, elevation or dimension of land for engineering and construction purposes. On site job duties include reporting site progression, ordering of construction materials, maintenance of site facilities, ensuring all site health and safety rules and regulations are abided by, daily scheduling and allocation of manpower, and issuing of work instructions as stipulated by project requirements.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Verify the accuracy of survey data including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites and calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines and other characteristics of terrain for construction purpose.
• Coordinate findings and measurements with the work of engineers and architects and other concerned with the project.
• Liaising with trade coordinator, client’s representatives and subcontractors on construction works
• Monitor subcontractors’ works, from their manpower supply as well as day-to-day activities ensuring conformity to health, safety and quality standards to safeguard that works are carried according to work method statement and in compliance with regulatory and statutory requirement.
• Maintain accurate record of completed works to facilitate Project contractual claims and/or payment to subcontractors or suppliers.
• Handle site planning through efficient allocation of manpower and materials, responsibility includes ordering and ensuring materials and equipment supplied to the project are serviceable and accordance to specifications, and in compliance with authority requirements as well as managing or controlling of wastage
• Execute site works from constant checking of drawing (plan and detail) and perform regular checks on work standards as well as preparation of daily report for inspection and reporting of non-conformance to Project Manager
• Attend internal and external meeting
• Coordinating hand-over of completed works to the client upon completion of required rectification work and assist QS on verification of claim as well as in tender preparation.
• Perform other project-related duties assigned by the Project Manager, Asst. Project Manager, Architect and Engineers (Structure and MEP) and other duties assigned by Management
