Responsibilities:

• Develop and design engineering plans and construction documents for projects.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure project feasibility and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Perform calculations to assess structural integrity, safety, and sustainability.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, collaborating with contractors and local authorities.
• Oversee and provide guidance during the construction phase to ensure quality and compliance with designs and plans.
• Monitor environmental impact and ensure all designs are sustainable and eco-friendly.
• Update project records and ensure that all documentation is accurate and up to date.

• Plan, execute, monitor and control works program and activities for projects.
• Manage the project site by overseeing day to day running of all matters related to the construction of the project and leading the project site team in day operation.
• Monitoring of project budget
• Attend progress meeting and liaise with consultants, main contarctors, clients and relevant authorities.
• Attend regular site meeting
• Supervise and monitor the site labour force and the work of subcontractors
• Resolve any or other site related technical problems encountered
• Report to management on the project progress report

Procurement

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for construction materials, plants, equipments and its related ancillary services, ensuring alignment with company goals, quality and safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure favourable pricing and payment terms and ensure long-term partnerships.
• Manage supplier relationships, conduct regular supplier performance reviews, and address any issues or disputes that may arise.
• Monitor and track supplier performance, including on-time delivery, quality control, and adherence to contractual obligations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to procurement and construction sector.
• Prepare reports, metrics, and analysis related to procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost savings.
• Maintain accurate records related to procurement and facilities.
• Prepare reports and present findings to management.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as office leases, licences, and utility management.

Facilities Management

• Manage and maintain the properties within the Company's portfolio, develop and implement strategic plans for property management practices across the portfolio.
• Prepare and plan annual property management budgets, monitor expenses, and report any variances.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to facilities management and construction sector.
• Responsible for facility inspections and reporting. Conduct investigation for safety, hygiene and incidents and liaise with relevant vendors or contractors to implement rectification works.
• Initiate corrective measures to maintain a secure, safe and healthy work environment.
• Compliance to the safety and standards of accreditation or regulatory agencies.

• Work closely with the signal team to ensure compliance with the WSH Act and its subsidiary legislations, including the provisions of the WSH (Construction) Regulations and WSH (Operation of Cranes) Regulations in daily lifting operations.
• Able to work from height to ascertain whether the ground conditions are safe for any lifting operations and report this to the lifting supervisor.
• Perform pre-work inspection on the crane as required by the manufacturer’s handbook to ensure that it is safe for operation and report any malfunction of the crane.
• Be prepared to stop work or to notify the WSHE Department in the event of any WSHE deviations
• Able to operate the crane in a safe manner under clear signal from a signalman
• Adherence to safety practices in the workplace
• Qualified crane operator with BCA and MOM recognized
• Undertake any other assignment related to his scope of work assigned by the HOD and/or Management whenever deemed necessary.

Value Add of Position

• Knowledge of WSHE legal guidelines to advise and rectify site activities

Responsibilities

• Drive the Lorry and also Operate the Lorry Crane.
• Transport materials and equipment.
• Perform safe lifting operation at various site as required.
• Perform maintenance on vehicles such as cleaning interior and exterior & report immediately if any defects.
• Understand and comply with safety requirements.

Requirements

• Possess valid Class 4 / Class 5 Singapore Driving Experience.
• Possess WSQ certificate in Lorry Crane Operation or Equivalent.
• Minimum (2) years driving experience in Singapore is required.
• Minimum (1) year experience in operating Lorry Crane
• Good familiarity with Singapore roads and traffic pattern is required.
• Possess some minimal knowledge on Vehicle Maintenance and fault checking.
• 6 days work week

• Safely and timely drive the employer to and fro from any location in Singapore
• Safely drive the employer’s visitors, business partners, and associates to and from places authorized by the employer
