Job Scope

• Check raw transcript provided to ensure speakers are correctly assgined, and words are accurate
• Ensure transcript follows the formatting (e.g., to indicate inaudible words / sections, emphasis etc.)
• To revert within 2-5 days, depending on whether it's urgent

Payment

• Paid per transcript - e.g., $60-80 for a 1.5h transcript
• Pay depends on whether its an FGD or 1on1 interview, as well as urgency of deadline

Job requirements

• Call business employers / employees for a 5-15min survey
• Listings of companies will be provided
• Interviewers must identify the right candidate to interview, then ask for an eligible employee to interview

Renumeration

• Callers will be paid $12 per hour, with daily targets
• Bonuses of $5 will be paid if employer-employee pairs are achieved

Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door surveys in designated areas - DoS Addresses will be provided, 1 block / address block can do n=10 surveys
• Meet survey quotas within deadlines.
• Engage and persuade respondents for participation.
• Respondents to self-administer the survey on their tablets
• Incentive of $10 will be given to respondents + acknowledgement form
• Duration of survey is 10-15min

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills.
• Approachable and friendly.
• Comfortable with tablet usage.
• Commitment period: Start immediately to September

Benefits:

Responsibility

• To interview visitors to Singapore Navy Museum in a short 1-2min Visitor Experience Survey
• Interviewers will be paid per piece, with travel reimbursement
• To complete n=33 per month, split across 2 visits
