The Business Development Manager will be part of the Sales team and will report to the Head of Sales APAC.

Your role and responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the pre-sales lifecycle and closing for the clients that you have been able to prospect and qualify, where you will be primarily selling Flowdesk core services (Market Making, Brokerage, Custody, Treasury Management solutions) as well as channel partners opportunities
• This includes prospection, qualifying and pitching clients, as well as ensuring smooth communication internally and with the client until the launch of the trading services

Based in Singapore, you will work closely with the Head of Derivatives and the Markets team to ensure compliance, manage legal risk, and support the structuring and negotiation of innovative derivative products. This role will involve navigating complex legal challenges in the rapidly evolving crypto landscape, especially within the APAC regulatory environment. Your responsibilities will include contract negotiation, regulatory adherence, risk assessment and providing legal guidance on product structuring to support our market-making operations.

• You will draft, review, and negotiate derivative and other product contracts, including options, futures, and structured products, ensuring all terms align with legal requirements and company standards.

Account management is essential to Flowdesk’s growth. As a Front-Office Account Manager, you are the preferred point of contact between our clients and our trading desk. As part of the Sales team, you are the guarantor of our clients’ trust and the gatekeeper of their needs.

The junior Front-Office Account Manager will work hand in hand with the Head of Sales APAC.

Your main responsibilities would be:

• Provide account management to our existing clients and liaise with the trading desk to address their needs
• Ensure the fluidity of trading operations by liaising with clients to address their demands (e.g.: brokerage requests, rebalancing requests, ...)
• Overall support to the global sales team (including the Singapore desk) to ensure global client coverage
