We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide high level administrative support to senior executives to ensure optimal executive productivity. The role will include managing of complex schedules, coordination of key communications, handling of sensitive information, and acting as a key liaison within and outside the organisation.

Job Responsibilities

Board-Level Support

• Act as a primary point of contact for board members and senior leadership

Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including:

Recruitment & Selection

· Drive the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring efficient and effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent

Compensation & Benefits

· Design competitive compensation packages and optimise benefits programs to enhance employee satisfaction

Learning & Development

· Develop and implement learning programs and opportunities for employee growth, promoting continuous improvement

Performance Management
