Job Responsibilities

• Fully utilize in-house system to perform cost in and cost approval for shipments includes air freight, logistics and trucking shipments
• Generate and send out invoice to customer on time
• Ensure invoice are in order and are bill correctly
• Attend to customers queries on billing disputes and seek clarification on billing information and respond to customer promptly
• Perform closing activities and ensure timely closing
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure the accuracy of billing information
• Closely monitor to ensure 3rd party company and part-timers on timely invoicing
• Other assignments assigned by the Management

Requirements

• Possess minimum GCE “A” Level or Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 year of billing or invoicing experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel

• Fully utilize inhouse system to handle air export shipment bookings
• Co-ordinate with internal/external stakeholders on shipment readiness and delivery schedules
• Ensure timely preparation of documents (invoices, report, permit, Airway bill)
• Provide flight details promptly and give timely feedback to customers on freight status.

Job responsibilities:

1. Conduct in-depth research to identify potential US MNC companies in Singapore and Southeast Asia countries that align with our business objectives;
2. Proactively reach out to prospective customers through various channels, including cold calling, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing and networking;
3. Establish initial contact with potential customers and foster positive relationships;
4. Be prepared to visit prospective and existing MNC customers to gain firsthand insights into their operations and requirements;
5. Assist in the Global and Region RFQ process such as

• Liaise with internal stakeholders for air and ocean freight rates
• Follow up on RFQ interviews and clarifications from clients

What You'll Do:
