What you’ll achieve
As a Technical Program Manager, you will drive the development and implementation of new and exciting product solutions within the extensive range of Displays and Client Peripherals products. Working closely with cross-functional team members, you will manage the entire lifecycle of the assigned product line that is critical to providing great user experience on our Client Peripherals products . From design to delivery.
You will:
• Manage end-to-end cross-functional, worldwide core team(s) for the Client Peripherals Line of Business (LOB), kicks off programs, establishes schedules and drives meetings. Cross Functional Team members can include Services, Engineering, Quality, Product Operations, Marketing, Procurement, Global Operations, Finance, etc.
• Lead the core team to meet or exceed program objectives (Cost, Quality, Schedule, Features, Fulfillment/Continuity of Supply, Solution delivery across products & service offerings, and Customer Specific Needs); Establish clear objectives and deliverables on programs that support the business strategy for the LOB; Proactively respond to risks and challenges through effective contingency planning and appropriate escalations; Track progress, reports status and drives necessary changes to achieve program objectives; Establish strong working relationships and influences/persuades at the Manager, Director, General Manager, Vice President, and Senior Vice President levels.
• Communicate clearly, accurately and concisely with required depth, and facilitate effective decision making at core team to leadership business review forums
• Prepare core product design team and extended teams for internal and external ISO Audits to maintain ISO Corporate Compliance.
• Participate in non-product or solution cross-LOB initiatives, examples include Process Improvement projects, Digitalization Tools implementation and Resource sizing/planning.

Essential Requirements
• 10–15 years of related experience in product development processes, product/solution areas or business consulting
• Strong track record in managing cross functional teams to clearly define the product/solution objectives, deliverables, opportunities, challenges and the required actions to achieve the defined objectives, at regional and global levels
• Capability to clearly communicate both technical and business matters, and influence decision makers
