Job Description
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide support in manpower planning.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace morale and productivity.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Performance Management:
- Implement and manage the performance appraisal process, ensuring it aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues.
- Develop and implement performance improvement plans as necessary.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulations.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and surveys to maintain equitable and competitive pay structures.
- Manage the annual salary review and bonus process.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Coordinate and manage training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance to employees and management on HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Ensure the organization adheres to employment laws and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification is an advantage.
- At least 3-4 years of full spectrum HR experience in Senior HR, with a focus on areas such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management etc.
- Previous experience in a senior HR role or as a Senior HR Generalist.
