My client is a renowned consumer product manufacturing company committed to quality and innovation. With a diverse portfolio of products catering to various consumer needs, they have established a strong presence globally. As my client continues to expand their market reach and enhance brand visibility, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products and drive brand awareness and sales growth in SG.
- Manage and oversee the omni-channel distribution network, ensuring effective collaboration and communication with distributors to optimize product placement, visibility, and promotion.
- Provide guidance and support to distributors in implementing marketing initiatives and activities, including advertising, promotions, and merchandising, to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of distributors' marketing efforts, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
- Lead and coordinate large-scale marketing projects, including product launches, promotional events, and advertising campaigns, from conception to execution, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and drive integrated marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, market opportunities, and competitive landscape, informing strategic decision-making and campaign development.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, agencies, and vendors, to leverage resources and maximize marketing impact.
- Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, track ROI, and identify areas for optimization and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in all marketing activities and materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of [7] years of experience in marketing management, with a focus on omni-channel/distributor management and large-scale marketing projects.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and analytical capabilities, able to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies and tactics.
- Experience working in the consumer product manufacturing industry or similar industries within the SEA region is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Fluency in Chinese & English and proficiency is a advantageous.
