We are looking for a Tech Project Manager to lead, coordinate, and deliver development and improvement projects within budget, timeline, and quality standards. This role involves working closely with our Chief Technology Officer(CTO) and leading the Tech and Ops teams to achieve project goals and deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the execution of development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations.

* Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, define project goals, and communicate requirements and desired outcomes effectively.

* Work closely with the CTO to align project objectives and ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged.

* Develop a thorough understanding of our tech stack and business operations to create comprehensive project plans, including product and workflow breakdowns.

* Use tools such as Gantt charts to manage project timelines and tasks.

* Communicate clearly and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all aspects of the project scope, budget, and timeline are met.

* Lead and manage the Tech and Ops teams, fostering collaboration and holding them accountable for delivering high-quality products and continuous improvements.

* Expertise in software security is a must.

Job Description

• Support Sales/Marketing by producing creative artworks, graphical designs, presentations and other signage or display materials for clients to approve;
• Produce production drawings and specifications using AutoCad or other software applications;

1. Assist Senior Coordinator to attend to enquiries pertaining to the maintenance operations.

2. Create work orders in Monday.com to be assigned to team members.

3. Liaise with internal and external operations staff to ensure daily tasks are carried out timely.

4. Conduct checks in Monday.com to ensure that all operations photos and reports are accurately uploaded and updated respectively.

Job description:

• Coordinate and work closely with clients and our Sales and Project teams with regard to project execution and site installation, including site surveys, measurements and site visits to track installation and works progress;
• Assist the Project Manager with site supervision, contract documentation and other administrative matters;
