The main objective of this role is to provide support as necessary to logistics operations as well as the operations and maintenance departments.

Main responsibilities:

· Assist with material handling, stores, and logistics operations including supply vessel operations

· Assist with Rigging and Lifting Activities as directed.

The main objective of this role is to perform mechanical maintenance and condition monitoring activities on rotating equipment

Main responsibilities:

· Compliance with requirements of the Safety Management System

· Perform planned and corrective maintenance of plant and equipment as assigned.

· Responsible to notify offshore management immediately on the detection of abnormal instrument readings or failure symptoms detected on critical equipment. Safely and efficiently carry out assigned maintenance tasks within agreed scope of authority and within competence level on all items of equipment within discipline and identify cost effective improvements to these tasks that will enhance safety and/or reliability performance

· Maintain a good working environment in all working areas and ensure good housekeeping and safe working conditions

· Liaise with other departments for coordination of maintenance activities

· Responsible to provide clear and concise daily work logs that have occurred during the shift and give a comprehensive handover to back-to-backs of all events and information relevant to time on duty. This will include an update on all changes in plant conditions, changes and additions to standing and daily instructions and, as required, the status of work permits within assigned area. Handovers are regarded as critical to the safe operation of the FPSO systems and equipment.

· Liaise with other departments for coordination of maintenance activities

· Participate in the emergency preparedness drills, the safety meetings, and on the job training.

· Perform Emergency Duties as required by the Emergency Response Plan

Key tasks and responsibilities

• Support fleet organization in Training & Assessment program to develop specialist skills & multi skilled individuals by ensuring that the BWO Competence Assurance system procedure complies on board all BWO Units

• Review the Competency Profiles Task List with the on-board Management in accordance with BWO standards, rules and procedures

• Verify and confirm individual job tasks follow BWO Competence Assurance requirements and standards and reflects to Competency Profiles Task List table

• Develop and maintain unit specific task assessment forms

• Assist the Unit in the Assessment process when on board the unit

• Ensure that candidate’s evidence is relevant, valid, authentic, current and sufficient

• Identify, plan and manage training needs and learning opportunities using previous experience /gap analysis from the OCS HR and implement an individual training plan to address learning gap

• Identify high level training and development opportunities for failed assessments. Work to attain expected competency standards

• Support the pre-assessment preparations of OIMs and CROs according to OPITO element 1.1

• Act as Discipline Expert during OIM Assessments when required

· Participate in all phases of Projects from concept development, tender, bids, FEEDs, construction, commissioning, execution, modification to completion

Identify and originate business opportunities in the region for both Co-Dev and Co-EPCI;

Define and update a strategy and market analysis for all key Countries in the Region;

Identify partners and support negotiations of MOU for Co-Dev and Co-EPCI;

Build and maintain relationships with key prospects (regional partners or local representative/project managers of global partners);

Promote our technology and skills and increase market recognition, represent the Company in tradeshows;

Participate and represents the Company in regional industry forum and trade associations;

Coordinate, hire and manage Country Representatives in the Region;

Manage directly the business development in the countries with no Country Representatives;

Ensure interfacing and collaboration with head office;

Provide advice to the Co-Dev Project managers on the development/consenting process;

Identify public funding opportunities in the key Countries for either R&D activities, local manufacturing lines, demonstration;

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Region: local certification bodies, financing community and investors;

If necessary, establish local entities in key countries in the Region;

Key tasks and responsibilities

· Responsible for all onshore and offshore construction activities relative to the part (or full) of the FPSO construction, defined based on discipline (e.g. Structure / Piping / EIT) or area (e.g. specific module(s) / Engine Room / LQ / Turret)

· Ensure that all construction related tasks are undertaken to the required standard and performed in a safe, productive manner (compliance with all statutory or legislative requirements related to OH&S, environment, etc.)

· Coordination of onshore and offshore sub-contractors, incorporating HSSEQ requirements into the construction planning and execution

· Interface with Engineering, Supply Chain and Project HSEQ to ensure timely deliverables to support the Construction Schedule, and assist in reviews of design specifications, shop drawings and contractual requirements

· Preparation of progress reports and reports related to safety and environmental hazards, near misses and accidents

· Ensure innovation and continuous improvement for the project works, through the development of information, practices and procedures

· Act as a resource for of new employees and less experienced colleagues and consultants

· Assist in the identification and preparation of construction related change orders

On Project;

· Work with and support the Project Manager/Project Services Manager for assigned projects to set up project budget plan, monitor, measure and provide analyses on changes to the plan

· Perform cost analyses, providing benchmarks against technical scope and flag to the Project Manager promptly for mitigation of the cost risks.

· Deliver a robust monthly forecast report.

· Ensure that all costs related to project Contract requirements with Client are correctly identified and managed in line with work scope, and project and corporate procedures.

· Responsible for project cash and currency forecasting in close cooperation with Finance

· Responsible for project cost close out and submitting relevant data to Estimating

· Responsible for executing project cost control tasks in one or more assigned projects, and assist in preparation of tenders as required

· Provide support in the area of corporate cost control activities as directed by the Cost Control Manager

· Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required

On Fleet;

· Responsible for control and monitoring of costs on a daily basis to ensure that all expenditure is captured and properly recorded. Costs cover all life cycle activities including operations, modifications, life extensions work, and decom/demob on an operating FPSO.

· Prepare the Monthly Forecast Cost report for the Asset, including liaising with the key stakeholders and ensuring integrity and completion of report in line with schedule and overall strategy.

· Work with and support the Asset Manager to provide analyses on historic data, benchmarks against technical scope, and other to enable constant visibility and optimization of Operations.

· Provide cost input to Commercial Manager for all Client related variation works and ensure adherence to yearly Budget process.

· Ensure that all costs related to Client Contract requirements are correctly identified and managed in line with work scope, and Client and corporate procedures.

· Work closely with Finance to provide required input for corporate reporting.

· Provide regular input and feedback to Estimating on all costs (OPEX and CAPEX) related to the Asset/Project.

· Provide support in the area of corporate cost control activities as directed by the Cost Control Manager

· Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required

· Drive the Technical and Maintenance support to the operating units in terms of marine systems such as mooring system, loading and unloading facilities including hoses, cargo tanks etc.

· Ensure the units are maintained with respect to Class / Statutory and other regulatory requirements

· Actively contribute with technical and advisory support to Operations Managers / Maintenance Managers and offshore units in terms of mooring system, loading and offloading equipments including hoses, Cargo tank inspections and other marine / deck related issues

· Actively contribute to incident investigation and provide technical support to Emergency Response team as and when required

· Review and provide the engineering solutions for Management of Change Request from units as per procedure

· Review the Shutdown / Breakdown Reports and verify / carry out Root Cause Analysis.

· Update Lesson Learned Register based on Management of Change Request, Shutdown / Breakdown Reports review, Survey / Audit Reports etc.

· Provide In-house Training for the Offshore Team as and when required

· Carry out competency evaluation for onboard Marine Superintendents as requested

· Provide budget requirements in terms of maintenance, long term plan and surveys

· Provide input for new project bids and variation orders, based on Lessoned Learned from operating Facilities

· Liaise with HSEQ for any HSEQ related issues and ISM/ISPS related matters

· Review and assist in providing the engineering solutions for Technical Query and Management of Change Request from the Facility

· Preparation of process deliverables in support of work pack preparation including; PFDs, P&IDs, Equipment and Instrument Datasheets, etc.

· Perform and check process design calculations and process simulations

· Provide input to Asset Planning on modification scopes; engineering, fabrication and implementation phases.

· Support studies including HAZOP, HAZID, Risk Assessments as required.

· Provide input for variation orders, including cost estimates and justification.

· Actively contribute to Process discipline activities and provide input to develop and maintain company engineering standards and best practices within the field

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

· Oversee the preparation of the project Preservation activities including:

Ø Responsible for the implementation of the Preservation plan on site to incorporate company and supplier preservation requirements.

Ø Responsible to validate tags items or areas have been assigned the preservation checklists or equipment specific checklist in accordance with supplier preservation requirements, within the corporate Project Completion Management System (PCMS) database.

Ø Familiarise with the use of the Project Completion Management System database for monitoring recording and providing status reports for the preservation activities electronically within the database

Ø Become familiar with use of electronic checklists for recording the preservation activities on tablets for uploading into the Project Completion management System Database

Ø Ensure planned preservation activities are compliant with the HSSEQ requirements.

Ø Manage procurement and delivery of preservation materials and equipment

Ø Develop / perform familiarization programs for preservation implementation, execution and follow-up at site, for preservation personnel

· Oversee the execution of the project Preservation activities, including:

Ø Ensure compliance with the HSSEQ requirements by all preservation personnel

Ø Supervise the preservation resources assigned to the project and execution of the project preservation activities from the moment the equipment arrives in the storeroom or on site.

Ø Ensure preservation is activated for equipment upon receipt in the contractor facility

Ø Ensured planned preservation activities are planned and executed on a weekly basis

Ø Ensure preservation consumables are available and correctly applied in accordance with preservation procedures and reordered as required for ongoing preservation activities

Ø Supervise and ensure preservation is being maintained for all equipment in compliance with planned preservation activities on the project, in the correct storeroom or on site

Ø Raise punchlist items in the Project Completion Management System should equipment be found damaged during execution of preservation activities for rectification by approved personnel

Ø Monitor and ensure preservation checklists are recorded and maintained on a weekly basis in the Project Completion Management System recording electronic check lists with the project tablets

Ø Ensure all preservation status reports, checklists and other relevant documentation are uploaded into the into Project Completion Management System in preparation for handover to Operations

· Oversee audit of preservation activities

· Coordinate with Mechanical Completion team for system and sub system MC handover
