Being a business finance partner to the manufacturing & supply chain team for Asia pacific countries.

• Analyzing the month end manufacturing P&L performance for the above countries including variance analysis, trend analysis and ensuring compliance to financial controls

• Work closely with stakeholders in P&L monthly forecasting, annual budgeting and long-range planning

• Prepare financial reports, presentations and key dashboards for monthly review of key performance indicators

Responsibilities 

• Develop and implement strategic marketing roadmaps, marketing communications plans and calendars that guide the delivery of initiatives to ecosystem partners (i.e. end users and converters) to achieve business goals and strategies.

• Be the Marketing business partner for business leaders to ensure that marcom is a key enabler for growth 

• Develop and execute comprehensive and integrated marketing communication campaigns across all channels, including events, trade shows, digital, media relations and social media.

The Segment Manager for FMCG is a very pivotal role in the LPM business and will have full accountability for the incremental growth of the FMCG segment in AD South Asia. You will be entrusted to retain and grow the business and help gain share in the marketplace.

As a member of the Global Workforce Operations team, the GWO Specialist is responsible for executing primarily on Payroll, Data & Reporting, and other HR services, utilizing an in-depth understanding of relevant systems, processes and policies. This role requires emphasis on data integrity and analysis to support key HR decisions. Identify and resolve operational issues and support process improvement. The GWO Specialist will assist with reconciling third party systems against internal HR systems. Results and Growth

• Sales Manager will be responsible to achieve the planned Topline & gross margins targets (in % as well as absolute terms) as per AOP / IOP for the designated geography.

Sales Manager strives to maximize customer satisfaction & create a differentiated brand value for the relevant segment.  

Sales Management & Business Development:

• You are expected to meet/exceed Sales Targets( both on revenue & profitability), Customer wise/Products wise as per yearly/quarterly/monthly plan. 
• You will manage & keep track of primary and secondary sales customers wise & work towards achieving the targeted growth across all customers.
• Should work on maximizing the market Share & account share by driving the targeted Share gain targets.
• Work With Converters & end Users (RCF, MCF, ICF, Zonal Workshops, Tier 1 vendors and potential Railways business models,  to create the healthy opportunity pipeline to meet the targeted business growth.
• Work with prospective customers to identify unmet needs, implement initiatives to meet those needs.

Role and responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain a deeper connection with the Railways business value chain -  RDSO, Railway board, Coach Factories, Locomotives, workshops,  along with converters & should be able to manage effectively with Key  account management approach.
• Establish appropriate and optimized converter network to drive Railways business
• Ensure right engagement with all key decision makers at cross functional departments of Railways ecosystem.
• Must generate and bring up an individual PU’s/workshop/Zone wise project pipeline and create an overall healthy funnel with min. 4X of the incremental growth required.
• To launch and introduce new products & technologies ensuring specifications for sustainable and long term growth.
• Leverage complete AD portfolio including Mactac , window films for share gain & new specifications with PU’s/RDSO.
• Should be aware of Tenders bids/spec. preparation & approval process at Indian Railways and ensure the right methodical approach to be followed in complete ethical manner as per working practices of Avery Dennison.

Customer Responsiveness:

• Leads the implementation of the latest tools, processes to effectively drive Sales & Customer management. Example – SFDC & Sales Management.
• Should be able to build & maintain relationships with Converters and resellers of the territory and other stakeholders of the ecosystem and continuously work on growing the connection.
• Continuously explores opportunities for driving higher efficiency & output keeping the customer responsiveness goal in mind. Strives to conceptualize & implement new processes to meet this objective. 
• Customer Complaints: Ensures that all customer complaints are attended to & closed promptly in line with the defined target for the year. All internal actions are  taken to meet the complaint closure goal

Receivables Management: 

• Meet the Account Receivable Targets for the designated customers and in coordination with the finance team.
• Responsible for Quarterly reconciliation key customers account in association with the finance team.
• Minimize the risk of loss in business due to undue credit exposure.

Customer & Service Programs: 

• Leverages these programs to offer a differentiated value to customers and create new benchmarks on service offerings.
• Leads the implementation the customer programs like Technical Training Sessions, Sessions, Portfolio Sessions
• Review mechanism with project Trackers & Customer Scorecard.

Competitive Environment & Market Intelligence: 

• Monitors the competitive landscape on a continual basis & devises competitor strategies proactively to protect & grow the company’s market share in the region.
• Ensures the internal organization is updated about the competitive environment dynamics & changes on a regular basis.

Sales Expenses Budgets & other Compliances:

• Ensures the sales plans are met within the agreed expense budget.
• Should be able to submit / project all promotional budgets for the territory/segment including Road Shows, Exhibition / events participation in line with the media plan of the business.

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the South Asia Leadership Team and will be directly reporting to the HR Director. This role will coordinate and manage executives scheduling, prepare, plan and organize important business and strategic materials and plans, and support various leadership team meetings.

Responsibilities

Handling multiple stakeholders to support on day to day basis.

Maintain calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel (may include domestic and international) arrangements. Exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs.

Serve as a liaison between the Leadership team, staff and the public. This includes receiving and screening phone calls and visitors, answering a variety of questions with tact and diplomacy, taking messages, and directing calls appropriately for resolution.

Coordinate work with other staff members as needed, play a key role in the coordination of staff efforts both within and outside the department.

Program manager for all events, handle all important meetings like townhall, strategy meet, BOP meet, provide coordination, monitoring, and communication of projects and programs managed under the Leadership Team. 

Assist with activities and processes including project planning, intake, prioritization, initiation, execution, and training; as well as in fostering collaboration of end-users and key stakeholders.

Assist the Leadership team in the development of presentations for internal and external audiences.

Determine priority of matters of attention for the Leadership team; redirect matters to staff to handle, or handle matters personally, as appropriate.

Keep the Leadership team advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.

Routinely perform a wide variety of support duties. Handle printing, faxing, mail/overnight packages, copying, filing, and email/messages.

Schedule departmental meetings, assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and materials.

Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports. Maintain paper and electronic filing systems.

Maintain confidential and sensitive information. Attend meetings and take notes of discussion; prepare the initial draft of minutes and summaries.

Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or Executives as needed.
