About This Role:-

The Operations Analyst will build strong and collaborative relationships with internal business partners to support new members’ onboarding journey into AsiaNext, conduct onboarding screening check, schedule periodic customer due diligence review as well as trigger review on positive alert hit from daily AML sanction and database screening.

The successful candidate is also expected to provide operational, client servicing and account management support to member’s queries relating to their trades or transactions on AsiaNext platform.

In addition, the successful candidate is expected to execute onboarding and other operations tasks in line with documented standard operation procedure.

Responsibilites

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following list and may vary during your employment based on the needs of the business, as determined by the Head of Operations:

• Responsible for level 1 onboarding screening on every new member through collating of onboarding documents, validating document completeness and following up on document deficiency.
• Conduct onboarding screening check and client due diligence review on the new member’s entity and its related persons for adverse news or PEP screening hits to establish the client risk rating. Enhanced due diligence check will be conducted for high-risk clients.
• Conduct scheduled client due diligence review on existing members based on their risk rating.
• Conduct triggered review on existing members due to screening alert hits generated from daily screening checks with the AML sanction and restriction databases.
• Work with other departments (e.g. Commercial, Compliance and Risk) to ensure a smooth onboarding journey for new members, including account setup after account opening approval.
• Update the operating standard operating procedure with new incremental processes and workflow changes in collaboration with Compliance and approval from HOD.
• Support to cover other operations tasks as may be required from the Head of Department, including Market Surveillance, trading and custody operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in banking, business or finance.

Experience and Skill

• 3 to 5 years of working experience in AML screening in the banks / securities firms / fund management industry, preferably for corporate or institutional clients.
• Familiar with regulatory AML compliance guideline and procedures in Singapore
• Good stakeholder and people management skills.
• Versatile individual who is willing to support coverage for different ops tasks as needed at times.

About This Role:-

This position offers the opportunity to delve into the technical intricacies of a regulated digital exchange. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with the application team to develop, test, and maintain existing applications. About This Role:-

Reporting to the Head of Application, you will engage in the software development lifecycle that shapes the AsiaNext exchanges. You will analyse requirements and design, implement, deliver and support the IT solutions of the exchanges. You should be passionate about Blockchain, Securities Trading and Digital Assets, and are able to translate business needs to applications that support digital exchanges ecosystem.

About This Role:-

This is a individual contributor role with focus on AR & regulatory reporting. The ideal candidate should be result-driven and pro-active in supporting business needs. About This Role:-

Reporting to the Head of Application, you will engage in the software development lifecycle that shapes the AsiaNext exchanges. You will analyse requirements and design, implement, deliver and support the IT solutions of the exchanges. You should be passionate about Blockchain, Securities Trading and Digital Assets, and are able to translate business needs to applications that support digital exchanges ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design, code and implement the IT solutions of AsiaNext exchanges. This includes APIs and smart contracts for connectivity with financial institutions and blockchains respectively.
• Keep proper documentation of functional specifications, project plans, system architecture and database design.
• Prepare and run User Acceptance, Non-functional and Industrial Wide tests.
• Conform to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices, company policies and regulatory requirements to implement secure, resilient and scalable solutions.
• Perform project management tasks such as tracking of progress, issues, risks, milestones, deliverables changes and ensure dependencies are within schedule and allocated costs.
• Perform continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) to optimise operational environments.

Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a computer related major or equivalent
• At least 5 years of software development experience
• Full stack developer with hands-on experience in languages such as Python, Node.js, Java, micro-services and frameworks such as Spring, React or Angular
• Experience with AWS technologies such as API Gateway, EC2, RDS, S3 and EKS
• Familiar with CI/CD deployment and toolsets such as Jenkins and Gitlab

POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Head of HR & Admin, you will be responsible for general office administration such as facilities management, managing office space, office/pantry supply, travel/hotel arrangements, office expense management, secretarial duties to the CEO and on-boarding and off-boarding of employees.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following list and may vary during your employment based on the needs of the business, as determined by the CEO :-

SECRETARIAL SUPPORT TO CEO

• Manage CEO schedule by scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings and events including travel arrangements (include travel insurance), candidate interviews & conference calls.
• Manage expense claims of CEO & CCO.
• Send invites to participants in various meetings eg Board Meetings, Exco Meetings
• Work with business planning manager to follow up on meeting materials, toggle presentation slides in MS teams and take minutes during meetings.
• Make dinner arrangements and food catering for meetings and work with business planning manager/commercial team on any support needed for visitors (Directors & Clients).
• Attending to CEO’s guests /visitors once they arrive at the office including greeting visitors and escorting clients to their meeting rooms and offering refreshments.

ADMINISTRATION

• Oversee office/pantry supply, acquire and manage office equipment/furniture by overseeing office seat plan to ensure office furniture (desk, chair etc) are adequate.
• Monitor, track and process office rental payment to ensure prompt payment to landlord
• Process utilities bill for Finance payment
• Ensure office tidiness working with cleaning contractor to ensure cleanliness of office (annual carpet cleaning arrangement, meeting rooms, whiteboards, pantry etc)
• Support Head of HR in any office construction or rearrangements of the office space liaising with all necessary internal departments and vendors
• Liaise with landlord on any building maintenance or parking issues

HUMAN RESOURCES

• Coordinate with IT department on on-boarding new hires in preparing of equipment (laptop, door access cards, name card etc).
• Offboarding of leavers in issuing clearance form, ensure signed return of form and return of equipment
• Ensure job posting in company website is up to date.
• Administer and process HR petty cash claim form submission to Finance
• Download monthly claim receipts from Times software for submission to Finance
• Follow up with Operations and Tech department on employee monthly shift allowance submission
• Assist in HR tasks such organizing company event such as birthday, festive celebrations, townhall.

MARKETING INITIATIVES

• Support Commercial Department in venue search, logistic coordination for events & conferences
• Source vendor for corporate gifts

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• Diploma or relevant certifications in administration / secretarial studies

Experience

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in office administration/secretarial work serving CEO with some experience in HR operations duties such as on-boarding and off-boarding employees, organizing company events.

About This Role:-

You will be part of a dynamic team in the Technology Department who specialises in providing technical support, guidance, and solutions to clients especially in the Connectivity and Conformance Testing areas. The role involves understanding clients' technology needs, addressing their concerns, and ensuring the successful implementation of the connectivity, conformance testing and usage of technology solutions. You need to bridge the gap between technology team and clients, ensuring a positive and productive relationship. In the course of work, you will also gain deeper exposure to the world of testing methodologies, telecommunication and network protocols, exchange trading systems and digital assets.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact between the client and the internal Technology team.
• Engage with clients to understand their specific technology requirements and challenges. Propose solutions to meet clients’ needs.
• Collaborate with the Technology team to design, code and implement IT solutions including connectivity and conformance testing.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring successful implementation of connectivity and conformance testing, and usage of products/services.
• Help clients understand the value proposition of the offered technology.
• Address and resolve clients’ issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients post-implementation.
• Perform project management tasks such as tracking of progress, issues, risks, milestones, deliverables changes and ensure dependencies are within schedule and allocated costs.
• Manage vendor relationships and deliverables.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, technical issues and resolutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to clients’ needs.

Qualifications And Experience

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines

Experience and Skill

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in software development and some IT infrastructure connectivity.
• Hands-on experience in languages such as Python, Node.js, Java, micro-services and frameworks such as Spring, React or Angular.
• Experience with AWS technologies such as API Gateway, EC2, RDS, S3 and EKS
• The following experience is preferred: a. FIX version 4.2 and above; b. Binary, Websocket & REST protocols; c. Scripting Selenium or Katalon; d. Securities exchange, derivative trading, cryptocurrencies, blockchain, financial exchange system/framework especially matching engine and market supervision.
• Strong communication / problem-solving skills / inter-personal skills, with a high level of integrity and trust.
• Result-oriented, diligent and a team player
• Good knowledge of the regulatory standards in data protection and security of information systems
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

About This Role:-

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Applicant Onboarding Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Relationship Management, you act as the point of contact for applicants throughout the onboarding journey, coordinating process flows and information exchange between applicants and internal stakeholders.

You will be responsible for managing the account application, process applicant and following up with prospects to ensure all required documents are properly completed and submitted. Additionally, you will help facilitate connectively between the exchange and our applicants’ institutions. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to deliver a high standard of onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for exchange member applicants on all onboarding related matters such as, document collection, ensuring completeness and accuracy of submitted documents, following up with applicants on missing or incomplete documents, answering applicants’ queries, account set up, and pre/post trade issue resolution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between applicants and internal stakeholders throughout the onboarding process.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support and ensure applicants receive a high standard of onboarding experience.
• Work in a matrix organisation to ensure prioritisation of tasks are effectively communicated to operations, technology, and compliance colleagues.
• Continually seek ways to improve the end-to-end process and journey by leveraging on applicants’ feedback.
• Escalate any issues or concerns to management as appropriate.

Qualifications And Experience

Education

• Diploma / Degree is preferred.

Experience and Skill

• Have at least 2 years of experience in onboarding institutional or high net worth individual / corporate clients and are familiar with the documents required for AML/KYC and due diligence.
• Good communication skills.
• Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and support.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
