Main Objective:

The Manager, HR Operations will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing HR operations across the APAC region. Reporting to the HR Director, APAC, this position will be responsible for driving HRIS implementation and administration, payroll management, and draft employee handbooks and policies across all APAC locations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:-

HRIS Implementation and Administration:

Payroll Management:

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends related to HRIS, payroll, and employment laws across APAC countries, proactively addressing compliance risks.

Main Objective:

Perform day-to-day warehouse related tasks such as receiving, sampling, staging, storing, issuing, shipping, cycle counting, pack-out operation and documents processing related to materials movements. Inventory Management

• Receive and handle all incoming materials in accordance with safety, health and environment procedure.

Loaner

• Receive and check all returned loaner (instrument, implant and consumable set) at the receiving staging area for inspection before returning the loaner to its assigned location
• Track loaner sets and replace with a longer shelf-life when products are soon to be expired
• Duly record in our system for any replenishment or replacement of missing or damaged items in the loaner set

About the Role

Predominantly a field-based role, the Clinical Nurse Specialist (Operating Theatre Staff Nurse) is primarily responsible for providing in-theatre clinical support to our hospital-based customers during surgeries. Key responsibilities include:

• Attending surgical procedures and providing expert clinical/technical support to Surgeons and Hospital staff in the correct and safe use of Arthrex products

About the Role:

Manage all aspects of sales administrations and reporting for the Commercial department . Works closely with the Sales Manager in planning and implementing of commercial activities.

• Keeping abreast with the latest regulatory updates within SEA relating to Arthrex products and ensuring Arthrex as a company is aware, ready and able to comply with the necessary changes
• Providing input to change management projects for global regulatory change assessments
• Participating and providing support in cross-functional collaboration on new product and country launches
• Assisting in activities relating to post market surveillance (i.e. Complaints, Performance Evaluation Reporting (PER), Adverse Event Reporting (AER), and/or liaising with Regulatory bodies in assigned countries)
• Participating in both internal and external quality system audits

Education and Experience:

• Degree qualified preferably in a Science or Engineering discipline
• Minimum 4-5 years direct RA experience within a medical device company
• Strong working knowledge of SEA medical device regulations and standards
• Knowledge of global regulations will be advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with proven ability to effectively communicate and form strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels
• Ability to work in fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks and requests
• Comprehension of technical, engineering or medical terminology, and/or ability to reference literature for understanding
• Technical skills in manufacturing or design relating to regulatory affairs will be advantageous

The main objective of the Sales Representative is to identify opportunities for introducing as well as orchestrate adoption of Arthex’s solutions to surgeons in the main objective of Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better and also to provide technical & clinical support to surgeons in using Arthrex instruments, implants and consumables during surgeries.

About the Role

In this role, you will enjoy day-to-day interactions with Orthopaedic Surgeons, Operating Theatre Personnel, and with fellow Arthrex colleagues from Sales, Clinical Support, Customer Service, Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance, Medical Education and Operations. The individual must also be willing to participate in after office hours and weekend on-call work on a rotational basis (compensated with case allowance).

Key Responsibilities below:

• Being an expert across the Arthrex product portfolio, and providing competent technical and clinical support to Surgeons in the operating theatre
• Guiding Surgeons and other Operating Room Personnel in the safe and effective use of Arthrex products
• Ensuring appropriate instruments and implants are complete and ready before each surgery.
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and driving/promoting the use of Arthrex products
• Identifying customer needs and optimising on opportunities including recommending appropriate products that addresses customers’ pain points.
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of the Arthrex product lines; updates, features, benefits, surgical techniques and taking ownership of personal training plan.
• Adhering to compliance policies and guidelines at all times

About the Requirements

• Degree in medicine or medical qualification an advantage.
• Min. 3 years related experience in similar field preferred.
• Professional experience in Sports Medicine or Orthopaedics is an added advantageous
• Proactive, well structure and independent working style, with a high sense of responsibility and reliability
• Ability to quickly form strong customer relationships and manage customer expectations

Inventory Management

• Receive and handle all incoming materials in accordance with safety, health and environment procedure.
• Assemble and stage materials per delivery picking list and issue the materials to the appropriate location or transportation agent. Accurately document all transactions and Input data into SAP and file the documents accordingly.
• Perform pack-out activities and observe the cleanliness requirements in the pack-out work area.
• Perform sanitation and cleaning of pack-out rooms and isolators. Record and document the operating temperature and relative humidity of the work area, if required.
• Accurately complete delivery document in accordance with instructions.
• Assign suitable stock area to new product. (assign bin location / medical warehouse)
• Conduct inventory cycle counts as required and record the variances in accordance to operating procedures.
• Carry out the completed cycle stocktaking once every 3 months and when serious deviation was observed, to make corrective action to prevent recurrence.

Loaner

• Receive and check all returned loaner (instrument, implant and consumable set) at the receiving staging area for inspection before returning the loaner to its assigned location
• Track loaner sets and replace with a longer shelf-life when products are soon to be expired
• Duly record in our system for any replenishment or replacement of missing or damaged items in the loaner set

• High school or relevant working experience
• Knowledge of GDPMDS preferred – Good to have but have to adhere to requirements
• Experience of medical device loaner set handling
• Experience working in a medical / FMCG environment preferred
• Prior working with 3PL an advantage
• Knowledge, Skill and General Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and logistics preferred
• Highly customer orientated and great experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Great organization skills and ability to work under pressure
• Must be able to work after office hours and weekends when needed
