• Identify potential risks and opportunities for the growth and development of APAC markets, providing valuable insights to drive strategic decision-making.
• Monitor monthly financial performance and provide insights and recommendations to enhance value creation and achieve performance targets.
• Perform resource allocation, ensuring that resources are allocated to various business units in a way that aligns with the organization's strategy and priorities.
• Support the business units in setting strategy and decision-making, providing insights and options to help them manage changes and achieve their targets.

The Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field with a preference for CA/CFA qualifications.
• 3 – 8 years of relevant experience in Finance Business Partnering or FP&A.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and financial modelling tools.
• Strong domain knowledge in Trade Finance, biofuel, or trading environments.
• Effective bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English to communicate with Chinese counterparties and stakeholders.
