As a Drafting Coordinator, you will be responsible for digital processes associated with the design and construction stages for a railway project.

Responsibilities:

· Communicate effectively with Project Coordinator and BIM Modelers in the development of the final design for the equipment layout, cable routing and Cable ways.

· In-charge of providing inputs to the Modeler for the development of station layout and Cable routing drawings for the Final design submission to both Civil and LTA in order to meet contractual dates and cut-offs.

Overseeing the development and implementation of cybersecurity application/infrastructure system project as well as to track and control all project phases and activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of more than 20 people over a range of medium to large scale/complex projects

• Working with customers/stakeholders to align project objectives, propose delivery schedules and secure necessary resources

• Planning all project work streams based on a detailed understanding of project scope and deliverables

• Work closely with the operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth transition into operations for ongoing BAU management.

• Coordinating with key stakeholders across teams to improve alignment, develop joint priorities with the technology and business teams

• Working with vendors to manage scope, schedule and cost for project deliverables

• Success will be evident in the measurement of clear planning of project scope, timeliness of deliverables, managing customer expectations and successful completion of project milestones

Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline, preferably in Electrical or Info-Communication.

· PMP, PRINCE2 or other equivalent certifications required.

· CISSP, CISM certifications are an added advantage.

· Minimally 5-8 years of experience in Cybersecurity, System Integration and Infrastructure Projects

· Able to cope in a highly pressured fast-paced environment

· Experienced in delivering cybersecurity projects in system engineering and security assessment projects in manufacturing environments.

· Good understanding of industrial cybersecurity standards such as IEC 62443, NIST 2.0 and other relevant standards and best practices

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as project control manager

As a Test and Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for the coordinates daily testing and commissioning workflow at sites and take ownership in all kinds of testing activities for Electrification Projects.

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with team member, internal department and coordinate with client, respective system wide contractors and subcontractors on the site activities arrangement. As well as weekly attending Works Train Notice Meeting to get access to the tracks and ensure the testing is executed on schedule in accordance with the testing standards and specifications.

· Attend Operator / LTA Track work Access meeting & LTA manpower planning meeting for Electrification Projects as well as submit SDAR and TAR to getting track access for NEL works.

· Responsible for leading the commissioning activities to ensure successful execution throughout commissioning lifecycle: from FAT, PRE-SAT, SAT, SIT onto final handover to client and live into service.

· Support Manager for preparation of Method statement, risk assessment, step by step work plan and other paper works for the project.

· Develop a system & platform to monitor projects progress on weekly basis as duties assigned by manager and feed back to project planner.

· Supervise and support the installation team to carry out installation activities SKD RT A&A at site and self-motivated.

· Assist Manager to prepare work schedule program.

· Assist ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager in relation to the project.

· Willing to work in a team for smooth completion of project.

· Willing to work extended hours and work during engineering hours (Night work and public holidays if project calls for.

· Ability to make decisions.

· Support other teams for the project if required.

Requirements:

· Degree or Diploma in electrical & electronic or mechanical field.

· At least 3 years working experience in Electrification projects

· Taking responsibility & ownership in the work to be done

· Demonstrate experience using requirements traceability

· Knowledge of railway electrification solutions is an added value.

· Reviewing and updating drawings, specifications, factory acceptance test (FAT) plan, FAT report, and SAT reports

· Hands On experience of using test equipments of high voltage and secondary voltage testing in T&C works.

· Demonstrate strong understanding of the safety significance in the operation and maintenance of the High, Medium and Low Voltage systems and Traction Power Systems in a railway environment while placing safety as the highest priority.

· Taking complete responsibility in Site acceptance testing (SAT/ITC/TTR)

· Hands on/ Knowledge of PLC (Siemens, Mitsubishi etc)

· Knowledge in ETTS/TSSS system.
