As a Senior Consultant with Allianz Consulting, you will be responsible for the delivery of business, transformation and strategic projects through stakeholder engagement, ensuring quality content outputs, and providing guidance to junior consultants. You will develop expertise on specific practice areas and may also support on business development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality and timely project delivery through individual contribution (e.g., driving analysis, project management, developing recommendations) and the management of small project teams (e.g., delegation of tasks, mentoring of junior consultants).
• Manage the relationship with the client to ensure the meeting of expectations and allow for future business development opportunities.
• Develop knowledge in key topics and be recognized as a subject matter expert by organizational peers and leaders.
• Support the business development and contribute to the pitching process.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in the consulting, advisory, insurance and project management industries, or in roles within finance, business-related capacities.
• Fluent in spoken and written English. Second language would be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills – able to work well with both junior team members and senior organizational leaders.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving proficiency, including methodological & conceptualization skills, moderation, and presentation.
• Passionate and self-driven with a knack for creativity & innovative thinking.
• International working experience or ability to navigate different working cultures.
• Functional expertise across the insurance value chain and experience in IT delivery projects is a plus.
• Subject matter specialities in the areas of M&A (Mergers & Acquisition), Economics, Business, Process / Product / Project Management, Agile Delivery, or Process Improvement is advantageous.

Job Role

You will drive the delivery of data analytics or process mining projects through project steering, ensuring content delivery, and managing client relationships. You will drive the capability building efforts of the team in data analytics or process mining. You will also work with engagement managers and partners in identifying business development opportunities and pitching for new projects.

Key Responsibilities

· Ensure high quality and timely project delivery through individual contribution (e.g., driving analysis, project management, developing recommendations).

· Data Analytics: Analyse and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Visualise data to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.

· Process Mining: Support on Business Process Re-engineering projects, drive the identification of process wastage, inefficiencies, and support in the development of recommendations to drive operational improvement with a data-driven approach.

· Develop personal knowledge in Data Analytics or Process Mining.

· Be able to anticipate client needs and carry this forward through analysis and development of innovative concepts and solutions.

· Maintain and develop strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

· Support business development efforts through creation of pitch decks for internal clients.

· Development of internal capabilities to enhance the global Allianz Consulting presence.

Key Requirements

· Data Analytics: 1-2 years of relevant experience using data analysis/visualisation tools (Power BI is a must, other tools such as R/ SQL/ Python is a plus).

· Process Mining: 1-2 years of relevant experience in process improvement topics (Process Mining and/or Celonis would be advantageous).

· Understanding of the insurance industry, distribution channels and operations would be advantageous.

· Bachelor's or master's degree.

· Fluent in spoken and written English. Second language would be an advantage.

The Senior Project Manager, Asia will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of IT, Asia during this crucial time of transition to a centralized IT service model with a new Regional Delivery Centre based in Malaysia. You will be a strategic partner, trusted advisor, and driving force in achieving the Head of IT, Asia’s objectives across the region.

The role will work closely with all stakeholders including country, business, technology, regional and vendor resources to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful delivery of high-impact and transformational IT projects on time and within budget.
• Manage project risks, resources, and stakeholder expectations, ensuring seamless implementation and value realization.
• Manage the transition to a centralised IT Service Model with the Regional Delivery Centre based in Malaysia.
• Leverage domain and technical expertise to set direction and drive project execution.
• Work with business, operations, internal technology teams, and with vendors and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Act as primary connection point between internal technology teams and vendors/external partners.

Key requirements

• A proven track record of success in a strategic business manager/project manager role within the IT or financial services industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and rapport with executives across diverse teams and able to interact well with all levels
• Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• A proactive and resourceful individual with excellent organizational & time management skills and attention to details.
• Experience in Agile methodologies.
