In order to further strengthen its DIGITAL team, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for an IT24 SAP/ERP Quality management(d/f/m)

This position contributes to the service delivery by the ERP Delivery Center covering all German SAP ERP legacy and HANA platforms. Inside the scope of this functional domain you will have to manage the SAP MM-PUR and/or QM modules.

You will join an international group of around 45 SAP Functional Experts by providing corrective and evolutive maintenance (Level 3 of support), with the possibility to participate up to a 30% of your time in large-scale projects.

You will be located in one of our plants in Germany: Ottobrunn, Manching, Friedrischshafen or Bremen. The working environment is international.

Your tasks and responsibilities

•  Supervise, support & coach the other members of your SAP domain
• Organise your SAP support domain (provide KPI, ensure application of the SLA)
• Contributor to the Level 3 support for the respective functional domain (Procurement / Quality) and CR implementation/deployment
• Ensuring best in class Service Quality related to scope to improve business process executions / operational excellence. Continuous service optimization to improve business value and efficiency.
• Proactively manage solutions / interfaces with non SAP products (end to end) in alignment with DIGITAL Business Partner Organization.
• Functional evolution of German AD ERP systems in the frame of enhancement procedures and projects.
• Strengthen the internal capabilities for detailed design and configuration
• Foster an open (cross team/unit) mindset to ensure an excellent team work inside the DIGITAL organization and with the business (key) users

Required skills

• Proven functional skills in SAP MM-PUR and/or QM and technical knowledge (configuration, integration aspects), with at least 3 years of experience in one of the modules
• Fluent in German and English.
• MM or QM certifications will be a plus.
• ABAP Skills will be a plus.
• The candidate has to be fully customer and delivery oriented.
• Open and continuous-improvement mindset to enable the team working across teams in the DIGITAL organization.

 Zur Unterstützung in der Entwicklung bieten wir bei Airbus Defence and Space eine

Masterarbeit: Entwicklung und Ausarbeitung von speziellen Kupplungen für multifunktionale Strukturen (d/m/w)

an.

Der Begriff multifunktionale Strukturen beschreibt eine Struktur, die neben den primären Aufgaben der Formgebung und Lastenübertragung auch weitere Funktionen übernimmt. Diese können z.B. den Fluidtransport von mechanischen Systemen umfassen. Als multifunktionale Struktur können die im Flugzeugbau üblicherweise verwendeten Versteifungsprofile als Hohlkörper ausgelegt werden, die auch strukturintegrierte Leitungen genannt werden. Mit Hilfe von speziellen Verbindern werden einzelne strukturintegrierte Leitungen zu einem Leitungsnetzwerk aufgebaut.

In Airbus internen Forschungsarbeiten sind die Durchführbarkeit und Anwendung dieser Technologie an einem generischen Modell herausgearbeitet worden. Damit der Stand der Technik voranschreiten kann, muss die Technologie anhand von detaillierter Flugzeugstruktur weiter untersucht werden. Hierzu soll eine komplexe State of the Art Flugzeugstruktur als CAD Modell aufgebaut werden, in welcher die strukturintegrierten Leitungen als multifunktionale Struktur eingebunden sind. Im Speziellen sollen besondere Kupplungselemente entwickelt, gefertigt und untersucht werden. Die Kupplungselemente sollen die Schnittstelle zwischen Ausrüstung und multifunktionaler Struktur darstellen. Die ausgearbeiteten Modelle sollen mittels Simulation verifiziert werden und auf Vorteile, Nachteile und Risiken der Technologie untersucht werden. Die ausgearbeiteten Ergebnisse sollen mit einer konventionellen Bauweise verglichen werden können.

Die Masterarbeit umfasst folgende studentische Aufgaben:

• Literaturrecherche zum Stand der Technik Flugzeugstrukturen, multifunktionalen Strukturen und Kraftstoffsystemkomponenten.
• Entwicklung und Aufbau eines Flugzeugstrukturkonzepts für ein zukünftiges Kampfflugzeug mit Berücksichtigung der vorgestellten Technologie.
• Betrachtung der Zertifikations- und Qualifikationskriterien für die Zulassung.
• Konstruktion des Strukturkonzepts und speziellen Kupplungen im CAD.
• Strömungsmechanische - und Festigkeitsanalysen des Struktur- und Kupplungskonzepts mittels geeigneter Solver z.B. Hyperworks.
• Bewertung und Gegenüberstellung des Struktur- und Kupplungskonzepts zu einer konventionellen Bauweise.

Stellenanforderungen:

Durch die Verwendung einer rotierenden Scheibe mit Aussparungen teilen diese „Zerhacker“ den langen Neutronen-Impuls effektiv in kleinere Stücke auf, sodass Forscher den gewünschten Energiebereich auswählen können, der für das Instrument und das durchgeführte Experiment geeignet ist.

Are you looking for an internship and want to get to know the work of a Software Engineer (d/f/m)?  Then apply now! We look forward to you supporting us in the Air Power Concepts department as an intern (d/f/m)! 

• Location: Manching

• Start: as soon as possible

• Duration: 6 months

We are looking for a creative intern who is willing to apply parallel programming techniques in Python and investigate the potential for speeding up existing applications. This will include working with our existing simulation environment, identification of performance issues and application of e.g., Cython, Numba, Jax or hand-written parallelization. The final goal is to have a thorough insight on significant spots in code combined with a comparison of which techniques can be used efficiently to improve performance.

You will be working closely within our motivated and young team on the development of solutions for Cross-Platform Mission Systems. By working with us you have the chance to learn agile software development, automated testing and modern software engineering considering quality and time.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Familiarization with parallelization in Python.

• Familiarization with the development environment.

 Desired skills and qualifications

• Enrolled full-time student (d/f/m) in the area of Computer Science / Mathematics / Aeronautical Engineering or an equivalent field of study.

• Object oriented programming Python.

• Basic understanding of software performance.

• First experience with parallelization.

• Basic skills in software development processes, Linux, GIT/SVN.

• Good English skills.

• Good team player.

in der Abteilung Operational System Software Maintenance im Systemunterstützungszentrum Eurofighter (SUZ EF). Als Systemingenieur für Eurofighter System Safety leisten Sie bei uns einen bedeutenden Beitrag zur Aufrechterhaltung und Weiterentwicklung des Fähigkeitsspektrums der deutschen Eurofighter-Flotte. Sie unterstützen uns bei der Umsetzung operationeller Anforderungen vom Prototyp bis zur Serienreife, sowohl mit agilen als auch mit klassischen Entwicklungsmethoden. Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

• Analysieren, Projektieren und Durchführen von System Safety Aufgaben für nationale Änderungen am Waffensystem Eurofighter, ggf. unter Einbindung von Systemunterstützungszentrum Spezialisten und / oder anderen Fachbereichen

• Erstellung von Safety Analysen für Eurofighter Systeme

• Zuarbeit zu den Eurofighter Hazard Identification und Management Prozessen sowie zur Erstellung des Weapon System Safety Case

Gewünschte Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Umfeld Software Engineering, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Elektrotechnik, Informatik oder Ähnliches

• Erfahrung im Bereich System Safety sowie einschlägiger Standards (Eurofighter Risk Assessment Procedure, ARP 4754, ARP 4761) oder Erfahrungen in einer vergleichbaren Rolle

• Kenntnisse im Umgang mit einschlägigen Tools, wie z.B. Fault Tree++/ Reliability Workbench

• Vertiefte Kenntnisse in der Avionik – Waffensystemkenntnisse (z.B. Eurofighter) sind von Vorteil

• Fundierte Erfahrung als Systemingenieur ist von Vorteil

• Projektmanagement Erfahrung ist von Vorteil

• Kenntnisse über agile Methoden (z.B. SCRUM, Kanban) sind von Vorteil
