We are currently seeking an interim Global Supplier & Supply Manager to work with our global FMCG client, Elida Beauty, renowned for brands such as TIGI, VO5, Toni & Guy, and Brylcreem, and become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment.

The position will initially be based in Ransomes Dock, Battersea, London however however the company plans to move to High Holborn, London by end of 2024 (there is also the option to be based in Liverpool for this role, if preferred). This is a full-time temporary role for 3 months (with the potential this can extend to 6 months), requiring 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying between £54,000 - £60,000 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience.

The role currently offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements.

As the Global Supplier and Supply manager, you will play a crucial role in developing Elida Beauty's Supplier and EB collaboration Strategy and execution. You will create the right JBP and work with the teams to ensure that this is supporting the commercial strategy and vision with the capacity allocation.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development & Execution

• Responsible for setting-up seamless EB-Supplier collaboration process with Strategic Suppliers
• Lead the Global LTCP process (half-yearly) along with the Supply, Demand and Procurement team, aligned at Brand-format level for all suppliers.
• Defines and finalises a Joint Business Planning Process and KPI targets with Strategic Suppliers
• Defines and develops process for capacity management, supply commitment against volume commitment, managing and communicating Supplier's attainment analysis.
• Ensures constant improvement in supplier relationships and collaboration
• Responsible for process improvement at EB and Strategic Supplier's end to improve the Plan Compliance and Supplier's service to EB.
• Work on establishing standard root cause across all supplier's to capture the gaps.
• Design and set process to review the agreed cover on all critical items, at the Strategic Supplier's end.
• Lead quarterly refresh of annual volumes at brand/format level to check if any significant increase or decrease, to lead the discussions with the procurement team and the supplier.
• Lead the Top to Top engagement between EB and Strategic suppliers
• Team Management, Reporting and Continuous Improvement
• Ensures setting up and continuously improving the process for excellent service levels, and capacity management at Supplier's end.

Partnership & Collaboration

• Collaborate with Strategic suppliers, Regional Planning and global procurement to ensure high level of supply chain deliverables on service and cost form the suppliers to EB.
• Process setup and lead with Strategic Suppliers to ensure the right capability and plans are derived to deliver organization's growth plans

Process & Technology Management

• Lead technology transformation for Supplier Collaboration
• Defines new processes and continuous improvement areas for supply improvement

Key Requirements

• Experience in Supply Chain across Plan, Service and Deliver.
• Previous operational experience in planning is required.
• Demonstrated analytical and conceptual problem-solving ability; excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure with autonomy.
• The ability to effectively lead and engage cross functional global teams and a willingness to take responsibility and accountability.
• Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to deliver results in a lean, agile organization and able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Understanding of key financials, P&L and network design models.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in business, finance or supply chain management, is preferred but not essential.

• Due to the global nature of the role, flexibility with working hours may be required to accommodate supporting meetings across different time zones.

The Branch manager is responsible for a branch that includes four small and three medium hub airports. This responsibility includes 306 Federally funded airports throughout Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska and Missouri including more than 35 Part 139 certified airports.

Supervises the assistant branch manager and technical staff of up to 17 employees staff engaged in administering all aspects of Airports programs.

The selectee is responsible for overseeing and directing the implementation of the Airport Improvement Program (AIP) ensuring, at a high level, the appropriate coordination (both internal and external) takes place. The program involves airport planning (airport master planning, state and/or metropolitan system planning) and implementation of the National Environmental Policy Act. The AIP requires annual updates to the office of Airports Capital Improvement Plan (ACIP) and includes primary and non-primary airports.

Collaborates with all organizations and stakeholders to address corporate level initiatives, acting as an Agent of FAA for meeting with DOT, States, local municipalities, Airports, etc.

The selectee will interface with others to achieve organizational objectives and exercise delegated authority in advising Federal, state, and local officials on laws, regulations, and innovative solutions regarding airport development and operations.

Establishes, monitors, and evaluates program goals. Initiates, strengthens, or eliminates programs or major projects to meet established goals and regional and agency objectives. Reports status and effectiveness of programs and initiatives to higher levels within Airports Division.

Provides input to the identification and resolution of problems and cooperates with officials on matters pertaining to problems and complaints of discrimination.

Coordinates all program activities with the Division and ensures timely and responsive customer service.

Ensures airport development projects provide the protection and enhancement of the environment and sponsor compliance with terms of agreements entered into as a condition of receiving federal assistance.

Provides advisory service to the public on airport safety, planning, design, construction, environmental and maintenance matters.

Assures the uniform application of FAA airport planning, programming, design, construction and land acquisition standards and policy in federally-assisted airport development projects.

Maintains the overall organizational health of all staff members to quickly, fairly, and effectively handle any personnel challenges; ensure the development of staff members, and leading the office.

Determines any needed organizational changes to the office structure that allows for more efficient and effective accomplishment of the work, and puts these changes into effect. Oversees resources and establishes programs to reduce resource usage and operating costs without adversely affecting overall operation.

Exercises the full range of managerial responsibilities to include strategic planning and initiatives, communicating the organization's vision and objectives; setting priorities; assigning tasks and responsibilities; monitoring and evaluating performance of organizational units, supervises and develops staff, approves leave; and takes corrective/disciplinary actions as appropriate.

• Responsible for the unit's aviation program management to include oversight, budget planning, development, execution, and monitoring of all aviation operations.
• Responsible for maintaining and implementing the unit's aviation safety and training program. Conducts training needs analysis, and sponsors, conducts, or coordinates aviation training.
• Serves as liaison for the interagency coordination and use of tactical and logistical aircraft on multiagency emergency incidents, mutual aid responses, military operations/coordination, or other emergency use of tactical aircraft.
• Serves as the unit's Contracting Officers Representative (COR) on Call When Needed (CWN) and or On Call aircraft. Participates in the preparation of CWN/On Call and Exclusive Use contract specifications.
• Exercises delegated supervisory authorities and responsibilities 15% of the time.

Directs a highly technical workforce that provides either air traffic control services and/or tactical and strategic support. The work impacts the effectiveness and efficiency of the day-to day operations of the facility. Work typically impacts the safe, orderly, and expeditious movement of aircraft as well as the efficient operation of segments of the aviation industry.

Provides training, coaching and guidance to subordinates and facilitates team building throughout area(s) of responsibility.

Integrates support resources with operational needs to maintain effective air traffic control service, and may work other than administrative shifts to meet this requirement. Using measures of organizational performance, continuously reviews work processes to assure that results meet the agency's mission and the customer's needs, adds value to facility services, and are efficiently achieved.
