About this job:
This position will be responsible for delighting clients in India through delivering retail 
measurement insights and analysis.

Main responsibilities include:

• Own and lead Retail Measurement analysis and insights for a set of clients for a 
specific FMCG industry across customers based in India. 
• To own the planned/ad hoc category review presentations, by collaborating with 
Consulting lead (e.g. attending briefing session, preparing analysis plan and 
check-in review sessions) and identifying workforce allocation within Insight 
Associates. 
• To own Thought Leadership output for the assigned industry within their cluster
• Coaching and supporting performance overview analysis and business issue 
analysis to Consumer-Packaged Goods clients and CXOs across Asia
• Working closely with the Consulting Lead and Customer Service to transform 
customer experience on insights delivery

Requirements:

• Preferably a masters degree
• 2 to 4 year of work experience, preferably within analytics and insights or market 
research
• Knowledge of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
• Knowledge of research techniques and methodologies would be an advantage
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and presentation skills 
• An ability to work independently and in a team 
• Good interpersonal skills are a must
• Fluent in spoken and written English

1. Proficiency in R Programming (example of relevant packages: "lm", "rstan", "glm", "forecast", "dplyr", "tidyverse", "data.table")
2. Understanding of regression analysis (linear regression)
3. Ability to interpret model outputs and diagnostics
4. Data Manipulation/Wrangling/Transformation and cleaning
5. Basic Excel skills (Pivoting and simple formulas such as SUMIFS, VLOOKUP)

Good-to-have:

1. Complex statistical methods like time-series analysis, Bayesian methods
2. Experience with machine learning algorithms
3. Experience with Marketing Data, familiarity with sales, media spend, pricing and promotions
4. Marketing Domain knowledge, especially marketing effectiveness and ROI measurement

The candidate will be primarily responsible for providing business research and analysis for sanctioned entities (individuals + organizations) across multiple geographies/countries using secondary research techniques. Key responsibilities include:1. Conducting qualitative secondary research to gather information2. Identifying and obtaining information on various sanctioned entities including individuals and organizations from OFAC, EU, DFAT, UNSC, etc. through open Internet search, using credible public sources of information3. Understanding relationship structures between individual-individual and individual-organization and capturing verifiable data from public domain4. Working on multiple ad-hoc projects/ requests from clients as available from time to time 5. Working with the team and providing continuous insights on the process/techniques6. Well versed with secondary research and analysis skills7. Ability to work under tight timelines with high attention to detail

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Implementing controls and procedures which will ensure that all investments in various portfolios are adhering to regulatory as well as client issued guidelines
• The incumbent will primarily be responsible for reading investment management agreements and extracting, analyzing, coding of client, regulatory and internal investment guidelines on various compliance systems.
• The incumbent will also be responsible for performing daily review of post trade incidents, researching any potential breach during trading, liaising with analysts and portfolio management teams to ensure portfolios are complying to all guidelines
• Associate of the investment compliance team will be an expert in the process and should be able to perform the task with minimal support of senior team members
• All Unit Trust and Mandate reporting for Institutional & Private Wealth Clients
• Responsibility for NAV reviews, monthly factsheets and quarterly investor reports
• Responding to questionnaires and consultant surveys, RFI's (investment and data related)
• Ad hoc performance and reporting requests
• CRM support
• Documentation of procedures and processes for reporting
