• You will inspect work in pneudraulic systems trade, of overhauled, modified, fabricated, assembled, and repaired aircraft parts and components products, using wide variety and unit inspection processes and techniques.
• You will apply a wide variety of inspection techniques to examine assemblies and systems that have been overhauled or repaired.

• Inspect real property assets in support of facilities utilization function and physical inventory validation.
• Conduct visual inspections on all buildings and facilities on a continuing basis to compile data for daily maintenance and update of automated real property inventory.
• Identify available space to accomplish troop mobilizations and troop exercises.
• Inventory a wide variety of structures.
• Perform unscheduled or urgent inspections for damage to buildings and/or installed property.
• Provide on the spot decisions concerning damages, (i.e., whether due to negligence, carelessness, or due to non-fair wear and tear) and resolves differences of opinion.

1. Observes, documents, and evaluates carrier and contractor performance. Inspects contractor's performance at owner's residence and at warehouse during packing, crating, loading, shipping, unloading, uncrating and unpacking.
2. Counsels members regarding policies and procedures for the proper preparation of personal property for shipment and/or storage, including specialized items, to domestic and overseas locations.
3. Prepares documentation reporting carrier performance using automated systems. Observes, documents, and evaluates performance of contractor on packing, containerization, and local drayage of personal property.
4. Provides oversight of the Direct Procurement Method (DPM) contract. Serves as a Quality Assurance Evaluator (QAE), functionally qualified to ensure the Air Force receives quality contractor performed services and pays only for acceptable services received.

• Recording and updating asset and compliance data

• Coordinating with contractors to ensure smooth delivery of maintenance programmes

• Processing quotations and work requests

• Liaising with stakeholders and external agencies for property access

• Extracting and analysing data for reports

• Uploading compliance documentation

• Attending contractor meetings and taking minutes

• Providing frontline support for contractor and compliance enquiries

• Tracking and monitoring remedial actions to ensure timely completion
