Essential Job Accountabilities

• Manage and support all QC personnel including hiring, firing, performance evaluations, training, and development to ensure a highly competent and engaged workforce.  

• Follow a Quality Management System to ensure compliance with quality standards and/or contract specific documents that may include QC and QA inspection and testing programs, accredited lab facilities, and quality communication.

• Provide technical support for proposals, construction, and estimating teams during pre-bid, construction, and post-construction phases of a project to ensure quality opportunities are optimized and all aspects of QMS are met.

• Conduct specification reviews, develop project QC/QA plans, generate material submittals, develop RFI's, review quality data and inspections, and manage QC/QA of subcontractors to assure timely project success.

• Provide customer service to help provide customer satisfaction. This could include internal and external technical training on materials production and/or construction processes.

• Establish, maintain, and leverage relationships with owners, customers, and manufacture representatives.

• Support evaluation and implementation of new material technologies throughout the region, area, or large project well applicable.

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, project quality estimates, and manage all quality management finances to achieve positive cost center/project financial performance.

• Participate in and promote Granite’s safety procedures to promote a safe working environment including compliance with OSHA and MSHA rules and regulations.

• Facilitate and participate in first installs of each specific scope of work to ensure compliance.

• Verify and submit QC Turnover documents to the client.

• Ensure completion and submit mechanical and substantial completion to the client.

Education/Certification

• High school diploma required.

• BS in Engineering desired

• EIT desired

• American Society for Quality (ASQ), International Organization for Standards (ISO), or other quality management training and certification desired.

A - Regulatory watch

The "Export Control Investigator - Regulatory and Risk Management as official export control Airbus External Requirements Representative (AERR) within the Business Management System (BMS) is responsible to survey external requirements evolutions and, with the help and guidance of the Export Control directives & method requirements manager, to: 

• Contribute to the definition of External Requirement Documents (ERDs) on behalf of Airbus if required to secure company strategy;

• Identify, communicate and cascade within Airbus, applicable requirements from ERDs, e.g. regulations;

• Check compliance of Applicable External Requirements "AER";  

• Report at corporate level on the deployment and operation of the ERDs within Airbus. 

You will be responsible for the coordination, assesment and consolidation of the inputs with regard to export control and sanctions regulations requirements and ensure they are up to date and communicated to the relevant stakeholders.

Beyond the required consolidation and diffusion of regular regulatory watch reports to the export control community and relevant stakeholders, you will be in charge of the analyses with the help of export control’s teams and with the support of the relevant functions the impact of the regulations on airbus activities. Moreove you will support the export control teams in order to implement the associated relevant processes and mitigation measures.

In support to the Ethic & Compliance ERM Officer, you will be responsible for surveying, consolidating, streamlining and formalising within the ERM the risk and opportunities assessment and management of the divisions and programme office as ERM Coordinator for export control.

In addition to your role, you contribute actively in fostering the Risk & Opportunities management culture within the Export Control Programme Office and export control broader teams. You notably supports the GECS’ risks and opportunities assessment/management governance and culture.

And more generally, execute such other functions related to the programme as are delegated by the HO Export Control Programme.

3. Prepares surgical instruments and related supplies to ensure surgical instrument sets are assembled accurately and completely by following recipe card.

• Precisely follows individual recipe sheets for each set/tray/item being assembled.

• Replace lost or damaged instruments as required to complete the set/tray.

• Conducts quality checks on instruments for cleanliness, function, defects, breakage and overall condition.

• Flushes all instruments with lumens or cannulated.

4. Keeps accurate records of sterilization and of all equipment in the department to comply with federal and other external regulations by following guidelines in department policy and procedure manual.

• Maintains Sterile Processing Department (SPD)'s equipment service log.

• Maintains accurate sterilization records/documentation.

• Follows protocol for scanning bar coded items.

• Scanning items to the proper stations and locations.

• Sterilization records entered accurately into the sterilization module.

• Consistently records accurate load control numbers.

• Consistently verifies and initials all records according to policy.

5. Performs sterile linen processing to ensure availability of sterile linen, by following established guidelines.

• Correctly assembles and wrap linen packs according to guidelines.

• Keeps sterile linen stocked to the set par levels.

• Proper wrapping techniques used when using non-woven wrapper.

• Proper packaging techniques used when using paper peel pouches.

• Proper techniques and supplies used when using rigid containers.

6. Loads and unloads sterilization carts to ensure smooth and timely processing and delivery of sterile instruments and supplies by carefully and properly handling items on the cart as outlined in department procedure manual.

• Operate sterilizers in strict accordance with departmental procedures.

• Followings policy and procedures for steam sterilization.

• Followings policy and procedures for Ethylene Oxide sterilization.

• Collects and analyzes statistical data as it pertains to sterile procedures and assists in corrective action based on analysis.

• Supports process improvement. Evaluates current and new regulatory criteria for compliance as it applies to industry standards

• With the assistance of the SPD Educators, identifies any sterile processing employees who may need additional training and arranges work schedules to include this training.

• Keeps the SPD Service Leader informed of the progress of new employees in a regularly scheduled progress report.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Student Financial Services (SFS) team as an Associate Director of Compliance, Audit, and Training. In this critical role, you will work under the direction of the Director of Compliance, Audit, and Training. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that Student Financial Services complies with federal, state, and institutional policies.

To achieve this, you will research, develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures, ensuring they are effective in achieving compliance and meeting the needs of SFS leadership and operational teams. Essential Functions:

You will be part of the Legal & Compliance Operations (L&Co) team which is in charge of supporting the various Legal & Compliance teams (e.g. litigation, corporate affairs, compliance, export control, IP) performing their activities. Your challenges:

• You will be leading the Technology and IT activities of the L&C function (including defining/updating and implementing every year the function’s technology and IT roadmap).

• You will supervise IT initiatives raised by the function (e.g. new tool request), ensure alignment with L&C technology and IT roadmap and with various Airbus processes (IT, Security, Procurement, Finance), ensure that the timeline of the projects is complied with (as much as possible) and that costs are managed (cost split, no cost overrun, etc.).

• You will prepare and monitor the function IT budget and OP together with the IT function.

• You will be the focal point for any IT group wide initiative impacting the function (e.g. Google Workspace deployment, Business Owned Tools management, Crisis management for the function tools).

• You will align with IT to perform existing tools updates/upgrades when required.

• You will act as Business owner of TeamConnect (ebilling and matter management solution dedicated to law firms) and Airbus Investigation Platform (in-sourced data collection and review platform), i.e.

  • Tools related budget, invoicing, contracts are managed in due time

  • Key issues escalated

  • Manage both tools evolution and

  • ensure that both tools documentation is up to date.

• You will manage the functional administrator of L&C tools and technology based in Airbus Portugal. This team member, to be hired in Q3 2023, will perform support of TeamConnect, TAP (ticketing system for legal requests) and Trustarc (privacy management system).

• More generally, you would also be able to support the HO L&Co in initiating, running and delivering function level (L&C) projects improving the team members’ working experience (ways of working, organization, communication)

Job Summary: The Behavioral Health Quality Manager is responsible for the organization's performance improvement activities related to the quality of patient care and safety. Manages regulatory agency compliance functions consistent with administrative, medical staff and board approved plans. Ensures data collection and reporting meets state, federal and regulatory agency guidelines. Manages policy and procedure development to support staff training and educational activities to achieve the organization's quality of patient care standards and compliance with regulatory standards.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in Social Work or other clinical area preferred.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Collaborate with physicians and organization leaders to design programs to improve quality and safety of patient care. Direct implementation, administration, and analysis of clinical outcomes and service data trends; compare performance to established standards; identify variances and undesirable performance; recommend and monitor strategies for improvement; report findings and make recommendations to appropriate oversight bodies, including medical executive committee, quality improvement committee, and patient safety committee. Oversee core measure abstraction and ensure timely submission. Develop, implement, and monitor hospital-wide continued readiness activities for regulatory survey preparation, follow-up, tracking and reporting to assure continual compliance with Joint Commission standards, as well as federal and state regulations such as CMS, OK DHS, OK DHS Office of Juvenile Oversight, OK Dept of Health, and ODMHSAS. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely submission of information as required by regulatory agencies. Oversee annual Joint Commission self-assessment process (i.e. FSA, ICM). Manage process to ensure entity specific policies and procedures are kept current and in compliance with relevant standards of care and regulations. Interfaces with Epic IT team to develop documentation and workflows to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of care furnished. This includes: intake/admissions screening, psychosocial assessment/reassessment, high social risk case finding, continuity of care, discharge planning, and exchange of appropriate information with sources outside the hospital. Collaborates closely with manager of nursing and other clinical managers to ensure staff training and educational activities ensure organization's quality of patient care standards and compliance with regulatory standards. Coordinates the physician peer review process in conjunction with the executive manager and medical executive committee. Manages human and material resources. Budget plans are completed in a timely fashion with analysis of cost reduction. Continuously monitors overall utilization of resources and Manages corrective action related to fiscal management. Collaborate with entity clinical leadership and provide consultative services to other system behavioral units regarding state and federal regulations, data collection, submission and reporting. Conduct regular visits to offsite locations to ensure safety and quality processes are established. Interface with the credentialing coordinators at Warren Clinic and Saint Francis Health System to ensure hospital privileging and provider enrollment is conducted in a timely and accurate manner to ensure all regulations and provider contract requirements are met. Serve as the LPCH administrative point of contact for the LPCH Medical Executive Committee and Credentials Committee.
