A Group Manager - Transactional Quality is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of transactional processes within an organization. This role involves leading a team of quality analysts, developing quality standards, and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Team Management:-Lead and manage a team of quality analysts, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.-Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure team members are meeting deadlines and quality standards.Quality Assurance:-Develop and implement quality standards, procedures, and metrics to measure performance.-Analyze data and trends to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.Process Improvement:-Collaborate with operations teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.-Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.-Drive continuous improvement initiatives through tools like Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.Client Relationship Management:-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding quality-related matters.-Address client concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.-Ensure that quality deliverables meet client expectations.Reporting and Analysis:-Prepare regular reports on quality performance metrics and trends.-Analyze data to identify areas of concern and recommend corrective actions.-Present findings to senior management and clients.

Role and Responsibilities : - 

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified Preferred.
• Should have expert knowledge in Six Sigma and Lean Techniques.
• Experience in Project management.
• Must have in-depth knowledge of Business Process Mapping, VSM, DMAIC.
• Knowledge in RPA / AI opportunity identification and deployment through collaboration with developers.
• Ability to build and drive Transformation road maps seeking stakeholder buy ins and showcasing benefits.
• Hands on experience in project completion and mentoring projects across different verticals (Banking & Financial preferred).
• Worked on multiple client (International & domestic) collaborated projects (client engaged). Role requires active engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
• Possess speed to delivery. Ability to collaborate and challenge in a consultative style.
• Work across multiple projects and time-zones concurrently juggling multi-dimensional deliverables – both as sole contributor and team deliverables.
• Possesses outstanding analytic and problem solving skills as well as a strong ability to dissect up from business requirements and realize true business need in order to identify opportunities.
• Excellent Communication Skills and exposure to international assignments and/or client engagement with the ability to communicate at all levels. Excellent writing and reporting skills to transform the conversations and the current working procedures into a documented business.
• Analytical bend of mind to understand the business needs and the workflow of the management and the administration tasks.
• Must have in-depth knowledge of Business Process outsourcing (BPO) processes(Inbound, outbound and Data Processes). Preference to candidates who have supported Back office, Voice, Banking & Finance.
