Major Duties include:

• Involves construction, alterations, installation, repair, and modification of items and structures such as roofing, framework, rafters, concrete forms, walls, doors, finished paneling, window frames, interior and exterior trims, staircases, trusses, beams, flooring, and miscellaneous items such as workbenches, countertops, bookcases, equipment cabinets, and computer consoles where accuracy, spacing, and fit are essential and structural soundness and appearance are important.- Constructs, rehabilitates, modifies, and assembles from blueprints, sketches, and verbal instructions, structures such as framework, rafters, doors, finished paneling, windows, interior and exterior trims, staircases, trusses and beams, small buildings, building interior finishing, etc., where accuracy and spacing are essential and require journeyman level skills and abilities.
• Repairs doors and windows, wood substitute items, exterior siding, flooring and interior fabric as necessary in the course of stabilization/restoration and to ensure completeness and structural integrity. Repairs roof sheathing and rafters as required.
• Fabricates duplicate replacements of deteriorated wood members such as moldings, beams, timbers, and stairways. Construction of difficult angle and curved cuts must be exact. Must be able to improvise with materials and supplies available because distance from supplier. Performs manual tasks such as loading and unloading supplies.
• Performs various log replacement and repair techniques which involve splicing and notching of logs using hand tools and power tools such as draw knife, slick, chisels, gouges, adze, hatchet, ax, chainsaw, grinder, scribes, beetle, and drills. Makes sure that all repairs or replacements are done in accordance with the Secretary of the Interiors Standards for Treatment of Historic Properties.

The RRTP LPMHC serves as a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team. In addition, the clinician will provide direct care, assessment, and treatment where indicated and as such functions as a treatment team member.

Diagnoses mental disorders, treat mental disorders through a variety of modalities and provide adjunctive interventions for maintenance of medical disorders. Among the modalities provided are individual, family, and group psychotherapies. The incumbent may be involved limitedly in program evaluation and/or research functions.

Has a generic understanding of social dynamics and use a wide range of treatment modalities, including crisis intervention, individual case work, group work, patient education, confrontation, supportive therapy, family therapy, discharge planning, and knowledge of aftercare treatment resources. Obtains a thorough working knowledge of aftercare rehabilitation community treatment resources and makes appropriate referrals. MAJOR DUTIES 1. General Law: As General Counsel, is responsible for the following functions: Furnishes legal advice and services on all matters arising from, or pertaining to, activities of the state National Guard and state militia. Assures that both Adjutant General, head of the state military department and staff elements receive the best possible legal advice and recommendations for actions. Provides options, alternative courses of action, and recommendations in the resolution of problems or the accomplishment of desired results. Responsible for preventive law, which requires foreseeing potential issues, taking proactive action to deflect, and resolving the concern. Must be fully knowledgeable of Department of Defense (DoD), service, NGB, state policies and operations, and local policies in order to recognize potential issues and problems before they arise, and to provide meaningful input into appropriate resolutions. . Exercises oversight over the day-to-day legal operations within the state National Guard and state militia. Reviews state National Guard operations, and takes necessary action where required, to assure competent functioning. Assures that policy guidance from DoD, NGB, service departments, and state decisions on legal and policy concerns are understood and carried out as intended. Oversees, drafts, and reviews all federal contracts from RFP to post-award for legal sufficiency prior to submission to US Property and Fiscal Officer (USPFO).
2. LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT COUNSEL DUTIES: Provides legal advice and assistance to state NG on the full spectrum of civilian personnel management and administration including difficult issues involving staffing, recruitment, assignment, performance management, pay and allowances, training, promotion, discipline, appeals and dispute resolution. Incumbent prepares exhaustively researched, well-reasoned and well written precedent-setting legal opinions on civilian personnel law, management- employee relations, as well as interpretation and application of the state and federal Constitution, statutes, Executive Orders, rules and regulations as they pertain to civilian personnel management and administration. Renders opinions concerning conflicts of interest and the Joint Ethics Regulation on all aspects of civilian personnel employment. Serves as the state NG ethics officer. Advises state NG human resource officer (HRO) on special assignments issues, for example: mobilization planning and retaining civilian employees of all categories.
3. TRIAL ATTORNEY DUTIES: Acts as trial attorney for employment related administrative hearings, investigations, and litigation for state NG. Appears before investigators, examiners, and Administrative law judges, representing state NG at the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) and the Equal Employment Opportunity commission (EEOC), Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA). Formulates and proposes state NG's litigation strategy and legal position on issues of first impression involving interpretation and application of laws, regulations and policy issuances. Confers with, guides, and advises other DOD, service, NG, and state attorneys general lawyers concerning litigation strategy, dispute resolution, and defense of state NG. In an effort to avoid litigation, incumbent prepares position statements for responsible management officials concerning issues of fact and law necessary to resolve issues without trial.
4. COUNSEL FOR CONTRACT AND FISCAL LAW DUTIES: Incumbent serves as state NG contract and fiscal law counsel. In this role the incumbent provides expert, authoritative legal advice to the state NG on all aspects of contract and fiscal law. Incumbent further provides authoritative interpretation and application of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR); and reviews proposed contracts for legal sufficiency. Reviews Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs), Justification and Analysis (J&As), Economy Act Determination and Findings (D&Fs), expenditures for legal sufficiency under the FAR and compliance with fiscal law and policy. Reviews and processes AR 15-6, command directed investigations and other investigations relating to contractual/fiscal issues. Advises on potential conflicts of interest under current ethics laws from a contractual/fiscal perspective.

Acts as a legal adviser and attorney for the state/territory National Guard, responsible for the formulation of state/territory legal policy and its execution legal representation; legal initiatives; interpretation and litigation of U.S. and state/territory(s) constitutional, civil, criminal, labor law; international law and treaty agreements; and a full spectrum of expert legal advice. Acts as a legal adviser and attorney for the state/territory National Guard, responsible for assisting in the formulation of state/territory legal policy pertaining to prevention of sexual assault, sexual harassment, and domestic abuse, while serving as the special legal advisor to the Adjutant General, the Office of Staff Judge Advocate (OSJA), Commands SHARP and SEEM programs.
2. Responsible to advise on the legal, factual, and other impacting aspects of drafting, interpretation and application of legislation, regulation, tasking orders, decision, opinions or other guiding, or lack thereof, instruments associated with emerging or highly conflicted, sensitive and emotionally charged issues relating to sexual crimes, harassment, domestic violence/abuse, and to the prevention and response of sexual crimes, harassment, and domestic violence/abuse. Serves as legal counsel to Adjutant General and Commanders on legislation, regulation, or guidance as to creating protective environments and promoting healthy social norms specific to military communities, which can include advising on any collaborations with local, state, and federal partners such as county health departments, State health departments, schools, the CDC, Department of Education, other government agencies, academia, and/or other industry that can ensure that the military can evaluate and assess the impact of their community-level prevention strategies both in the short and long-term . . Advises Adjutant General and Commanders on any legislation, laws, policy, or guidance related to victims' rights or survivor facilitation and healing, including but not limited to Crime Victims' Rights Act (CVRA), Article b6 of UCMJ, and the "No Wrong Door" approach.
3. Serves as the state/territory National Guard litigation point of contact. Represents the state /territory National Guard in all legal matters in state/territory of original or appellate jurisdictions, to include matters pertaining to sexual crimes, sexual harassment, and domestic violence/abuse. Acts as agency counsel for the state/territory National Guard with the National Guard Bureau Office of Litigation and Employment Law Division, Department of Army and Department of Air Force Litigation Divisions, and the Department of Justice, for Federal courts of original or appellate jurisdictions.
4. Serves as an attorney/adviser providing acquisition and fiscal legal advice to the state/territory's assigned United States Property & Fiscal Officer, particularly in the area of emerging requirements in victim support and legal resourcing (the Chief of the National Guard Bureau's agent in the
state/territory) and active-duty military advisers. Advises Army National Guard (ARNG) and Air National Guard (ANG) contracting officers, reviews contracts, procurement actions and real property matters involving Federal and state/territory funds (some involving substantial amounts of money) for legal sufficiency, appropriate titling and claim initiation or resolution actions.
5. Acts as the Adjutant General's representative in third-party proceedings under Federal labor-management and equal employment opportunity statutes and regulatory provisions. Represents the state/territory National Guard as a trial attorney on all sexual assault, sexual harassment and domestic violence cases, administrative judges and arbitrators from various appellate bodies including, but limited to, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Federal Labor Relations Authority, the NG Office of Complex Investigations, the Federal Services Impasses Panel and Federal and State Courts. Possesses a thorough understanding of controlling labor laws, regulations, labor arbitration, collective bargaining agreements and pertinent labor relations practices. 6. Serves as the state/territory Ethics Adviser. Reviews sensitive financial disclosure statements for General Officers and other key personnel. Provides or participates in various training activities, prepares reports, and provides counsel on complex ethics issues and policies; and ensures Federal and state/territory annual administrative reporting requirements are met. Serves as claims officer for the state/territory National Guard. The General Surgery team is part of the Surgical Services service line, reporting to the Associate Chief of Staff (ACOS) for Surgical Services. The staff physician is responsible for maintaining professional and technical competencies and skill to deliver effective, timely and high-quality care to patients referred to the General Surgery team.

This is a full-time position located within the General Surgery Department, Surgical and Perioperative Care, (S&PC) at Montana VA Health Care System. The General Surgeon will exercise continuous vigilance to ensure early intervention and ongoing care with the goal to decrease morbidity and mortality of Veterans, and proactively communicate with the other members of the healthcare team to assure optimal results. S/he will perform consultations, procedures, surgeries, and follow-up care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
- Diagnose and manage diseases and injuries, both in a clinical and surgical setting
- Demonstrate clinical competence in performing initial history, assessment, and planning to include patient education, medical, and surgical management
- Provide evaluation and treatment including emergency management in both outpatient and inpatient settings
- Perform surgical procedures related to injuries and diseases
- S/he will make informed decisions of therapeutic intervention based on patient information and preferences, up-to-date scientific evidence, and clinical judgment
- Support health promotion and disease prevention activities
- Complete clinical charting and documentation appropriately and in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate progress notes in the official record of the Veteran for medical, legal, quality, and financial purposes
- Communicate with patients and family members, educating them to understand their medical condition
- Assist administration when requested. These requests may include, but are not limited to, assisting with data assimilation for VA reports, giving advice on programs that are directly or indirectly related to the General Surgery Department, or other tasks as determined by the Associate Chief of Staff, (ACOS) S&PC
- Behave in a professional and collegial manner at all times

• You will be responsible for executing NAWCAD WOLF mission functions for all aspects of airborne, shipboard and shore-based organic Lead System Integration (oLSI) products and the associated management of NAWCAD WOLF labs and facilities.
• You will execute NAWCAD WOLF technical authority flow down from NAVAIR/NAWCAD as the senior engineering authority for the ECH IV to include the areas of Air Traffic Control, Combat Identification, and Shipboard/Expeditionary C5I systems.
• You will be accountable to the NAWCAD Commander and Executive Director for technical oversight of NAWCAD WOLF organic staffing, resources, and products in support of NAVAIR, other Navy, other DOD, Coast Guard, federal agencies and other customers.
• You will be responsible for prioritization of critical mission support and barrier removal to enhance speed of response.

You will also have some opportunity to increase your hours through overtime.

Arcus cleaners take pride in keeping Sainsbury's supermarkets clean and safe for its customers. Cleaners will complete daily cleaning tasks to maintain the highest standard of cleaning within our Sainsburys stores. Tasks will consist of but are not limited to:

• Operating machinery


• Carry out thorough cleaning activities including mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping to ensure stores are kept clean.


• At times you could be in-store cleaning toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows or even oven canopies


• At other times you could be working outside keeping trolley bays clean, free of leaves and debris


• Ensure all health and safety procedures are applied

Arcus will support you through full training

What will you need?

Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential as on the job training will be supplied
