We are looking for a diligent and reliable Company Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within our office premises. The Company Cleaner will play a crucial role in ensuring a clean, organized, and presentable workspace for our employees and visitors. This part-time position requires 30-35 hours of work per week at one main location and 2 sub-locations in the vicinity with CPF contributions on top of the salary.
Responsibilities:
• Office Cleaning: Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing all areas of the office, including workstations, meeting rooms, kitchenette, and common areas.
• Trash Disposal: Regularly collect and dispose of trash, recycling, and waste in designated disposal areas, following appropriate recycling guidelines.
• Surface Cleaning: Wipe down and disinfect surfaces, such as desks, countertops, windows, glass doors, and other fixtures, to maintain a germ-free environment.
• Inventory Monitoring: Monitor and report the inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while handling cleaning chemicals and operating cleaning equipment.
• Reporting: Report any maintenance or repair issues noticed during cleaning duties to the supervisor promptly.
• Adherence to Schedule: Strictly adhere to the assigned cleaning schedule to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other office staff to maintain a cooperative and harmonious working environment.
Requirements:
• Experience: Prior experience in commercial or office cleaning is preferred.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform cleaning tasks that involve standing, bending, and lifting throughout the working hours.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned and no task is overlooked.
• Reliability: Demonstrated punctuality and reliability in meeting the scheduled working hours.
• Initiative: Proactive approach to work, taking the initiative to address cleaning needs as they arise.
• Integrity: Maintain a high level of honesty and trustworthiness in handling office equipment and property.
• Communication: Basic English language skills for effective communication with colleagues and supervisors.
• Legal Eligibility: Eligibility to work as a cleaner in Singapore with proper work permits, if applicable.
Working Hours:
• 3-7 hours per day (flexible timing, subject to agreement with the supervisor) at a maximum of 35 hours per week.
Remuneration:
• Monthly salary of SGD $1,500-$1,700 (depending on experience and qualifications)
