Responsibilities

• Overall, in-charge of all Technical Staff and to coordinate on Departments’ requirements. Ensure the smooth management and operations of the facilities such as laboratories, studios
• Provide direction and co-ordinate all related matters and report on manpower charges and payment claims via monthly reports. This should include:
• Leave plans of Technical Staff and covering arrangements.
• New and/ or rolled over Incident(s) with details and status that had occurred in the preceding month(s) and provide recommendations to resolve the issues.
• Coordinate with the Technical Staff of the Department and responsible for managing and monitoring overall service requirements to ensure satisfactory service levels are met.

Requirements

Requirements

• Liaise and coordinate deliveries
• Provide logistical support and site management such as site conditions, cleanliness, vector control, contractor management, and follow up on mobile toilets servicing
• Conduct regular inspection to ensure logistical setups are done according to schedule and in a safe manner

• Security guards deploy at the site will report to the Site Manager daily for any matters and issues within the Parade site

Requirements

• Preferably at least 3 years of experience in managing events/facilities.
• Work experience should include relevant responsibilities such as overseeing logistical setup and management of contractors.
• Preferably possess a Class 3/3A driving license.

Responsibilities

• Provide workplace safety and fire safety advice and oversee the fire and safety aspect in proper order.
• Work closely with the Authority to plan a framework/proposal that can be implemented to meet the event’s needs while keeping in compliance with the regulatory requirement imposed by venue owners.
• Manage and monitor the workplace safety and fire safety for all set-up, tear-down, rehearsals and show by working closely with the appointed contractors to ensure that all tasks are completed according to all regulations.
• Conduct daily site with relevant personnel as part of work monitoring. To document the daily monitoring and mitigation measures taken after observations where applicable.
• Work with the appointed Technical Team and Site Manager to manage, consolidate and check through the submission (including Risk Assessments) and advise on any changes required
• Provide necessary assistance regarding workplace safety and fire safety issues during all rehearsals, technical runs, actual show day and tear down.

Requirements

• A certified Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with at least 2 years of relevant experience in work site safety management. Experience in events safety management will have an advantage.
• Preferably with knowledge of regulatory requirements from government agencies, such as SCDF, MOM and NEA etc.
• Preferably attained relevant certification (minimally WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B)
• Preferably possess a Class 3/3A driving license.

Operations, Facilities & Equipment Management for Sports Facilities

• Oversee and maintain door access controls (keys and access cards) for clubrooms and sports facilities. Schedule and conduct daily routine check of all sports facilities.
• Prepare necessary inspection reports on a monthly basis.
• Conduct monthly inspection on sports fixtures (eg. Basketball poles, Swimming start boards, Steeple chase barrier, etc) Prepare necessary inspection reports on a monthly basis.
• Provide access to sports facilities during monthly checks on air-conditioning/fans systems, alarm systems, indoor lighting, flooring, doors and windows, rectification works, etc.
• Conduct routine and regular checks of all SD sports equipment
