Housing Litigation Lawyer needed in Morden

The rate is £40.16ph PAYE

The successful candidate should have Local Authority experience and will be responsible for managing own case load. They will cover a wide range of housing management issues including disrepair claims and will have knowledge around the pre-action protocols in possession claims, succession claims and non-occupation/subletting is required.

• In-depth knowledge of security frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and regulatory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, SIEMs, and anti-malware solutions.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills and a client-oriented approach.
• Willingness to work on-site at Centennial Tower, South Jakarta.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
