We are the leading direct-to-consumer womenswear brand, headquartered in Singapore, with an omni-channel presence across Indonesia and Malaysia, a retail franchise in Cambodia, and are fast expanding into international markets namely Hong Kong SAR China and United States of America.
Founded in 2010, we are proudly female-founded with more than 70% female representation across our organisation, leadership and STEM roles (#girlpower!). The role
People are at the heart of everything we do. With our rapid expansion, it is becoming more important than ever that we do it right! We’re looking for a (Senior) Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HQ team to help build a best-in-class team for Love, Bonito. Reporting into our Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in recruiting a passionate and high performing Retail team, in a culture of openness, learning, operational excellence, collaboration, honesty, and innovation.

Main responsibilities
Full-cycle Recruitment
- Own the full recruitment cycle from end-to-end (source, screen, hire, onboard)
- Work with hiring managers to provide guidance, expertise and collaboration to hire the best and most relevant talent for our teams
- Build and maintain productive partnerships with internal stakeholders
- Maintain and constantly ensure a robust recruitment process that is relevant and supports internal teams, while also ensuring that all prospective candidates get the most positive candidate experience no matter the outcome
- Be innovative with the use of social platforms and other professional networks in line with hiring trends to get the best candidates in the quickest way possible
- Spearhead campus and intern recruitment initiatives
- Proactively recruit high potential but passive candidates especially for mid-senior roles through active sourcing
- Leverage existing recruiting tools and external partners to get the job done better and more efficiently
- Drive and execute internal and external talent sourcing activities such as talent referral program, career fairs, career presentations, overseas recruitment etc.
- Track and analyse recruitment data such as hiring sources, turnaround time, costs and trends with the use of our applicant tracking system in order to improve hiring Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Employer Branding
- Assist with building upon our employer branding by working with P&C, Management, as well as relevant internal teams to ensure LB remains top-of-mind as an employer of choice when one thinks female consumer retail in SEA
- Sustain positive relationships with industry contacts such as external recruitment agencies and schools
Onboarding
- Manage and facilitate employee onboarding including the conduct of first-day orientation
Process Improvements
- Drive technology adoption and optimise processes to enhance the overall recruitment process & efficiency
Qualifications & Experience
- 3 to 4 years of proven track record in agency recruitment or in-house talent acquisition experience
- Experience with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
- Experience with passive candidate sourcing
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
- Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices
- Diploma or BSc degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field preferred
