We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Supervisor to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
Talent Acquisition Supervisor responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks.
If you have experience with various job interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews, and can help us recruit faster and more effectively, you are a good fit for this position!
Ultimately, you will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees
Responsibilities
- Design and update job descriptions
- Use various methods to recruit and network to source for potential candidates and to enhance employer branding, including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs
- Expand candidate sourcing channels in order to collect pool of potential candidates available for current and future need
- Screening application forms and short-listing applicants
- Interview and selecting right and qualified candidates to join the company and support the business growth
- Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
- Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
- Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
- Bachelor's Degree in Human resources management, general management or related fields
- Proven work experience as HR Recruiter or similar role
- 3-5 years experiences in HR Recruitment for Mid senior level and above is preferred
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Experience with sourcing techniques and sourcing channels ie. JobsDB, JobThai, JobBKK, LinkedIn
- Understanding of referral programs
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Good command in English (both communicate and documents)
- Problem solving and management skills
