Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Researcher to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interview scheduling, administrative tasks, resume/candidate sourcing and report preparation. Proficiency in Excel and strong organizational skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure timely communication with candidates regarding interview details.
Manage interview logistics and follow-up processes.
- Administrative Support:Handle administrative tasks related to the recruitment process.
Maintain and update candidate records and databases.
Assist with the preparation and distribution of recruitment-related documents.
- Candidate Sourcing:Source and screen resumes from various job portals and databases.
Identify potential candidates who meet the job requirements and qualifications.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Utilize various sourcing techniques and job portals to identify potential candidates. Engage with passive candidates and build talent pools. Leverage social media and professional networks for candidate sourcing.
- Report Preparation:Compile and prepare recruitment reports and metrics.
Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to the recruitment team.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
- Excel Proficiency:Use Excel to organize and analyze recruitment data.
Create and maintain spreadsheets for tracking candidate information and recruitment metrics.
Generate reports and charts to support recruitment decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a recruitment or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with candidate sourcing through job portals and social media platforms.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
