Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred

PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner EMEA is responsible for full-cycle talent acquisition duties leading to attracting and hiring best-in-class talent for a variety of Corporate positions with a high focus on positions in Germany and EMEA. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leverage all of the internal/external tools and resources to develop a strategic, multi- faceted full-cycle recruiting and sourcing plan to insure a consistent flow of qualified candidates is met to fulfill the department’s key business objectives.
• Ensure regular communication to all stakeholders on recruitment metrics, trends, and other impactful measures that impact the sourcing and selection of talent.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process invoices/check requests using automated AP system
• Enters vouchers into AP system and reviews for accuracy.  For employee expense reports, make sure all receipts are attached and adheres to policy.

• Assigns correct affiliate/GL account coding to each voucher.  For patient related invoices, verify pay status and determine appropriate reimbursement rates.

• Assigns approver and submits for approval.

• Adds any voucher that requires special attention to the special handling log.

Ihre Aufgabe

• Erstellung und Modellierung der Systemarchitektur für unser Service-Software mit Betrachtung von regulatorischen Anforderungen und Cybersecurity
• Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Plattformstrategie zur Erhöhung der Wiederverwendbarkeit von Funktionen und Komponenten
• Erstellen und Pflege von Service-Software für unsere Dialyse-Produkte unter Berücksichtigung regulatorischer Anforderungen der Medizintechnik
• Interdisziplinäre Erstellung von (System-) Anforderungen und Spezifikationen
• Anfertigung der erforderlichen Projektdokumentation u.a. zur Analyse der Software- und Cybersecurityrisiken
• Anwendung und Konfiguration der Werkzeuge zur Softwareentwicklung wie DevOps, Enterprise Architect, Subversion und Git

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Informatik oder ähnliches ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung
• Ausgeprägte Erfahrung bei der Modellierung und Visualisierung einer Systemarchitektur
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Design und der Programmierung für Windows Systemen in den Programmiersprachen C++, C# (Idealerweise auch.Net Core, WPF, Blazor WebAssembly)
• Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Visual Studio
• Erfahrung in Client-/ Server-Anwendungen
• Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen mit Arbeiten in und mit agilen Teams und Methoden
• Gute Deutsch- / Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Eigenverantwortliches und strukturiertes Arbeiten
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
• Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Gutes Organisationsvermögen

Sie bearbeiten operative Aufgaben und unterstützen im Risikomanagement aktiver Medizinprodukte.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Mitarbeit bei der Anpassung von Risikobetrachtungen aktiver Medizinprodukte

• Etablierung von Risikoanalysen in einem neuen Tool

• Unterstützung im aktiven Risikomanagement von Dialysegeräten

Ihr Profil:

• Student aus Bachelor-/Master-/Diplomstudiengang der Ingenieurs- oder Naturwissenschaften

• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

• MS Office Kenntnisse erforderlich

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Kontaktfähigkeit

• Hohes Maß an Leistungswille, sowie Engagement

• Eigenverantwortliche, als auch selbstständige Arbeitsweise

• Außerordentliche Kooperations- und Teamfähigkeit

• Hervorragende Auffassungsgabe

Das Arbeiten im Home-Office ist nach Einarbeitung möglich.
