Qualifications and Skills

A valid driver’s license – as some travel may be required.
AQF Certificate III, including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV (ANZSCO Skill Level 3).

GENERAL FUNCTION: Processing of Fifth Third Bancorp mailings on a daily basis. 

• Proficiently operating any of the inserting, printing and metering machines, producing and balancing jobs on a daily basis:
• Perform all functions within Print/Mail Operations; that includes Insert, Printing, Metering, and mailing.

This will be a full-time position in the IT Support Center.

This position is to ensure proper computer operation so that the end users can accomplish business related tasks. This includes receiving initial calls/self-service tickets, and prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving associates IT problems. Makes escalation for incidents when necessary.

• Field/answer incoming requests to the Service Desk via both Telephone and ServiceNow tickets to ensure courteous, timely and effective resolution to associates issues. (60%)

Facilitates all aspects of the multi-product on-boarding process for Core, Premier and Premier Plus clients and complex implementations maintenance requests , providing outstanding customer service with minimal supervision. Is responsible for collecting documents and forms, completion of required forms (for example Implementation Request Forms), scheduling and conducting regular status calls, coordination of testing, coordination of training, client follow-up and other tasks related to implementations.

• Lead the implementation kickoff meeting with the client and Relationship Team as needed.

• Gathers information from customer/relationship team and submits the appropriate and accurate Implementation Request Form to the Operations Implementation team.

• Monitors the Implementation Request Form to quickly assume ownership of an escalation and take the necessary action to resolve the issue or request.

• Schedule and lead recurring status update meeting with the client as needed.
